I really wanted to like this place, but simply couldn’t after 3 visits where I left feeling frustrated each time.They all seemed nice at a surface level, but when asking follow up questions when I’m told I simply can’t have clear vision at my age (I’m only 49,) it became more condescending than helpful. The optometrist dismissed me saying that I’m out of options. The lady that ‘helped’ me try to order contacts and glasses was clearly trying to oversell me on options I did not need, and talked at me as if I was stupid. I’m highly educated and a business owner myself; I would never treat a client this way. I literally got up and left the store. I promptly went across the parking lot to Sam’s Club and bought all of my contacts and new glasses there for much less than they were going to charge me AND got amazing customer service there. Needless to say, I will not go back to Eye Glass World nor would I recommend them.

If I could give them 100 stars I would. My mom is in Hospice and we discovered she lost her glasses. Everywhere else was going to take close to a week to get her another pair. Eyeglass world had her two pairs ready the next day for under $100. Their service and dedication to their patients was AMAZING! I'm so grateful and thankful!

Rachel was extremely professional and nice. I never want to feel like I am being "sold" and she never makes a customer feel like they are. Karen was her amazing customer experience partner and walked by to help adjust an prior pair of glasses and cleaned them while Rachel helped. Me. There are many eyeglass locations but is by far my favorite!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Rebecca was amazing. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and truly cares about helping people. I had a great overall experience with her and I will definitely be returning back in the future for any of my glasses needs

I have been to eyeglass world previously but another location. I chose to use them again because they have a huge selection of glasses at reasonable prices and the glasses are ready the next day. My situation was somewhat of an emergency because my current glasses were barely staying together in one piece. I didn't have a backup pair and I can't wear my contacts all day everyday. I was able to get an appointment the same day I needed an exam due to their reasonable hours of operation. I got an appointment after work, was seen right away by the doctor. The exam was quick and informative (since I do have some new vision issues). I was helped with selecting my glasses and there was no push to pick out more expensive options. I was able to select my glasses quickly as I "shopped" on their website earlier in the day before my appointment. I tried on the pairs I liked from my online search and was able to make selections quickly. There was no pressure to add features to my lenses either. She told me the options and I selected what I knew I could afford, paid and was on my way! So easy and quick and seamless. Everyone was so kind and helpful and it made the experience wonderful. I will be returning for my contacts and future vision needs.

Fantastic experience. My mom and I had an eye exam with the opthalmologist Seth who was very thorough and has a great personality. Then we both got helped by Karen who is very knowledgeable and like family. A+ to all , definitely recommend!

I had an issue with my contacts tearing. Called said over the phone they would replace them. When I got there the lady I seen was so argumentative contradicting herself multiple times. while there she wanted me to show her how I took them in and out. Not only was I handling them, but she was too without washing her hands first. When putting them back in for good I noticed there was a tear and one the same one I had the issue with. Long story short, I left there with one replacement contact. It was a big waste of my time.

We were pleasantly surprised by how amazing the staff was, the short wait time, and how fast the eye glasses were made.... Everything was same day, including the appointment for the eye exam and when we received the glasses. And after doing our research on prices, we found that Eye Glass World was the most inexpensive. I have to honestly say, "Bravo!" And, "Thank You!" ???

In being a customer of Eyeglass World for over 15 years between both Tucson and the East Valley I have to say they are truly the best when it comes to Customer Service, Quality, and price. This has been consistent across the board. I recently lost insurance and thought to shop prices around town for a contacts eye exam. After talking to about 5 eye clinics, both big names and small, I quickly realized Eyeglass World could not be beat. I shall never look elsewhere again. Dr. Salima and Karen up front provided amazing service, the whole staff was super friendly, and I am extremely satisfied. Thank you all!

O STARS!! I called Eyeglass World asking them for my eye prescription unbeknownst to me I had no idea that they do not provide your contact lens prescription after paying out of pocket $1,000 for both exams, glasses and a pair of contacts.What type of rip-off is this establishment? I need my contacts replaced as one of my contacts are torn!I have never left an eye exam after paying for both eyeglasses and contacts and wasn’t provided both scripts by the doctor!Instead of providing me with my prescription they continue their con by stating since it’s been over 6 months I need to make another appointment (more ways to milk you).Please don’t waste your time or money on this franchise. I will either find a private optometrist or I will go to Costco! What a complete and total rundown on a patient.

There was a nail left on the right side of the glasses. I don't imagine that this is supposed to be the case.
