I made an online order from this company for Black Rhino Recon rims on 9/26/23. After waiting weeks for my order to be filled I called the company only to find out that they do not have these wheels in stock(there was no indication on the website that these wheels were not in stock). Subsequent calls to the company on the whereabouts of my order were answered with "we do not know when we can get these wheels and that Black Rhino can give no time frame of when they can supply these wheels. Maybe 9 months" I decided to wait a little longer in the hopes that Extreme Wheels or Black Rhino would figure out how to perform the business functions they claim to be able to. Last month I decided to ask for a refund because Extreme Wheels still could not say when they would be able to deliver the wheels. I have now been waiting a month to get my money back and they say because I used Affirm to pay for the wheels it could take a month to be refunded. During this time I have called numerous times and one time was notified that the information that was needed to process my refund was sitting in a queue where no one would see it. I tried to speak with the boss, but I was told he rarely comes to the shop and they would not provide me a direct number to reach him. I was told I can leave my number, but they could not promise he would get back to me. I would stay far away from this company as they engage in deceptive business practices and seem generally very unorganized and not capable of adhering to the most basic aspects of running a proper business

I ordered a wheel and after months of waiting I was told it was on the way, then delivered, only to get home and it not be there. Now all of my calls and emails are being ignored. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS HERE

The paint started peeling off my wheels in less than a month, they took no responsibility and blamed the manufacture which did nothing but asked me 1000 questions (FERRADA) then made me strip the tyres off to take photos, they then blamed the weather lol

Worst service I’ve ever encountered. The workers there are absolutely rude, their work sucks they messed up my wheel even worse than what it was when I brought it in. I will never recommend this place again.

Have had nothing but problems with this place. Everything started out great the first few times I visited, then it started going downhill when I brought my car in just for one tire. They put the wrong size on that was too big and it rubbed so bad that it burned my fender. To repair it, they sent my car to this second rate paint shop where they did such a sloppy job, I had to MAKE them send it back cause they were just gonna let me take the car home still messed up and hoped that I wouldn't notice. The second time they did it, they just painted over it again instead of sanding it down and painting it correctly so now there's a noticeable lip and they said that that was the best they could do and would not correct it any further. Not to mention all the time I spent having to CALL THEM for updates since days would go by with absolutely no calls/emails from them. And when you do call, you're lucky if anyone picks up, otherwise you sit on hold for 30 minutes then the phone line hangs up on you. I've called before where no one answered then physically went to the shop to see their "receptionists" just sitting around doing nothing. Recently, there have been MULTIPLE occasions where my boyfriend will order tires first thing in the morning so that he can have them put on when he gets off work, but when he gets there, they tell him that they SOLD THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE. They are so unprofessional and unorganized. I've given them the benefit of the doubt far longer than I should have but they have been a disappointment every single time. Unless you drive an exotic, $100,000+ car, they couldn't care less about the service they provide. You should move on to the next tire shop on Google's list.

Came in looking just for tint, ended up leaving with tint, new wheels and a new wrap. I couldn’t thank Brian enough, great salesman and very friendly. They got me in and out in a timely manner and with the help of Brian I didn’t break my bank either!

I ordered wheels and they were made to order and going to take months to get them so I canceled my order and was willing to pay the cancellation fee, it’s been 2 months and have not received refund

They refused to give me a refund after I canceled my order, I cancelled my order because the wheel i ordered was discontinued by the manufacturer, yet extreme wheels still had it up as “in stock” on their website and even when i called they said it was a “made to order” wheel, they lied straight to my face, and refused to give me any refund or confirmation of a cancellation or return.

I was sold tires on line that did not fit and rubbed. The customer service told me that I should of test fitted then without installing them, not sure how that works. I'll be seeing them in court, buyer be ware.

Bought tires through affirm got told they were on back order so a refund was requested they said the refund was sent to affirm but affirm never received it

They are ripping people off with affirm and won't refund you 600,$ and no tires later after 1 year I will be filling a law suit, I also contacted Gilbert police department arizona

If you need wheels come here ASAP!! I got some of the cleanest wheels ever. Brian is an absolute legend! he was able to pull out some of the cleanest wheels for my 911 GT3 RS!
