Chris on two separate occasions assisted me with problems on my Mac Notebook. Not only was his customer service exceptional, his knowledge of the mac product was superior. Because of my positive experience, I highly recommend this establishment and Chris. Humans are a company's greatest asset and Chris represented this company well. Kudos Chris! Thank you for superior service and fixing my problem as well as recommending a good flash drive for use on my computer.

We have used this place a few times for various needs in regards to apple products. We had a screen replaced on a MacBook, hardware replacement for a different MacBook and then today they helped me when my phone suddenly shut down and wouldn’t restart! Every experience has been 5/5 stars with friendly fast service and reasonable prices! Highly recommend!

I have 2 PC's that I wanted to get the data off of and possibly get running. One has the BSOD (1) and the other hasn't run in about 5 years (2).The day I dropped them off, they said they could extract the data possibly by the end of the day, definitely by the end of the next day for the first laptop. For the second they'd have to send it to Chandler and it would take a while.Almost two weeks later and they finally got the data off both. When I went to go pick them up they advised me to get them up and running would cost more than they are worth, in a room full of Apple Macs, iPhones, etc.Apple just isn't for me, but as they rang me up he joyfully said let him know if I wanted to switch to an Apple product. Come to find out all I needed to do was reinstall Windows on comp1, and send comp2 to an actual computer repair shop. Don't go here if you have anything other than Apple, it's not worth the wait.
