The facility was willing to take on a project for a 1985 Cadillac. I worked closely with Mike Adams who was fantastic on helping to find parts. The shop did a phenomenal job on the project in a timely manner. With a reasonable price for the work. Definitely a positive experience.

Do not bring vehicle to this body shop! I get it they are busy but the communication sucks and you will wait at least 2 weeks for vehicle to be looked at. Go elsewhere

Had my truck in there a couple years back.They didn't do a very good job They Did pretty good body job and repair but left my truck looking like it had been in a hurrikane. Didn't watch the vehicle didn't clean it So I thought I would give them another chance and fix another repair that I had and Larry. What such an arrogant person this I decided not to go back ever

So my son, Matthew had his 2013 JEEP JK RUBICON fixed after an accident which wasn't his fault. It took months to fix it as it needed a new frame etc. At first there were lots of issues with the body shop and things going wrong etc.However, once Mike Adams got involved and became my contact person etc, he took care of us to the fullest and made things right. This review originally would have been a bad one if it wasn't for Mike stepping in and making things right. This was over a year ago so I apologize for taking this long to write this review. I'll continue to take all my vehicles to Earnhardt Body Shop as long as Mike Adams in running it. That's because I trust him and know I'm in good hands. A man's word goes a long way and I say that because Mike has kept his word throughout the entire process. That's a BIG DEAL to me. Thank you again Mike for all your help etc.Sincerely,MK

These guys say there is a lifetime guarantee on the work they do. They are not lying! I’ve taken my car to them four times for four different incidents. Paint was peeling off on my passenger door, they had me bring it in to inspect it, and once they inspected it, they scheduled a date for me to bring it in and fix it free of charge. They have always done great work for me and they stand behind their guarantees.

I had an average experience with Earnhardt's auto body shop website. It was functional and provided the necessary information, but it didn't leave a lasting impression. The layout and design were okay, but it lacked any standout features or user-friendly elements. Overall, it served its purpose but didn't exceed expectations.

Larry was nice, not his fault but i had set an appointment, got a confirmation email from an employee and even mentioned i needed an estimate for repairs FOR my insurance company at that time.. i went in, and was told i needed to have the estimate from my insurance to make an appointment. why wasn’t i told while i was making the appointment to send that in? wasted my time.

I had a great experience here. My body shop of choice had a 3 week wait to even INSPECT my car (let alone order parts & start the work) but Earnhardt had it inspected the same day it arrived and was right on top of ordering parts & starting all repairs. They worked with my insurance company and made the process easy. Francisco was my rep and he was responsive & on top of everything. I am very pleased with the work done!

Personally my experience was amazing. I brought in my car for bumper repair and headlight. I worked with insurance but overall still the best cost to work with after other estimates from different shops. Larry my rep was in touch with me about my repairs from the beginning until the end. My repairs were done in less than 48 hrs, rental was easy, and you can find a coupon online they applied. I highly recommend.

We took the car in on a Friday and were driven to the rental agency. They said it would be five work days. On Monday they called and the car was repaired. Back to the rental agency, driven to the shop. The car looks fantastic! It could NOT have been easier.
