We can't say enough about the service we received from Paddy O' Furniture. We must have made 5 to 6 visits before we decided on a grouping for our new outdoor patio. Even when we left with no purchase the help we received fron Duane was impeccable. We finally decided on our new Furniture and couldn't be happier with the quality and looks. Thanks to Duane and Paddy O our winters in AZ will be much more comfortable.

Olivia was awesome! She spent time answering all of our questions and even brought out a piece of furniture for us to see how it would fit on our patio. Our patio couch is so comfortable! Olivia’s customer service was top notch!

We recently purchased our new patio furniture for our back yard from Patty O Furniture in Gilbert, AZ. We couldn't be happier. Keith Allred, Store Manager, was very professional and kept us updated on our delivery. The delivery by John and Josh was done smoothly. Great quality furniture to last many years. I would highly recommend Patty O Furniture.

We had a great experience shopping at Paddy O. We worked with Tammy and she was very friendly, helpful and the customer service she provided was top notch. The furniture looks great in our backyard and we couldn't be happier! There's still a few pieces of furniture we would like to add and for sure we would consider them again.

Never thought it would be fun purchasing furniture for 2 patios.That is until I met Tammy T at PaddyO’s!She knowledgeably & professionally walked us through showroom pointing out options after getting to know our tastes & needs.An easy relaxed, no pressure process followed our walk.All 13 pieces came in the exact time frame quoted & delivery with complete set up a breeze earlier today.We couldn’t be happier with the product, the process, timely communication & Tammy’s follow up call a moment ago to check that all went well.Plan on returning after New Years to purchase a few more pieces with Tammy’s help of course.Merry Christmas to me?

My husband and I walked into the Gilbert location to look for a table and chairs for our patio. We were immediately greeted by Tammy. She was patient with us and answered all of our questions. We found the table and chairs we were looking for and couldn't be happier with our purchase and with the service we received from Tammy. Just a week later, though, we changed our minds about the size of table we wanted. We were a bit reluctant to change our order, but when we talked to Tammy, she didn't hesitate to help us out. Once the table and chairs were delivered, we changed our minds again on the table size. I was very hesitant to make another change, but Tammy had been so helpful throughout the process that I decided to ask her. She didn't skip a beat when I asked about the change. Tammy went above and beyond to make sure we got the table (and chairs) we wanted. Good job, Tammy!

We have been looking to replace our 13 year old front patio chairs for a while but were looking for a specific look, feel, durability to be able to handle the AZ elements and of course a fair price. Duane did a great job of not just selling us outdoor furniture but listened to our wants and needs showing us all of our options going over the features and benefits and was patient during the whole experience. Outstanding on all levels! Worth the investment and the time to see Jon McCourt in their Gilbert location. Jon from the very beginning was extremely patient, knowledgeable, had the best suggestions without being pushy and gave us the space to make the best decisions for us but was quick to be of help when it was needed. Jon never seemed put out when we came back to the store to rediscuss our choices in fabrics and again we experienced the same level of service and care as we got the first time. Jon was extremely communicative and followed up on all the details as well as ensured that we had everything in our order was delivered correctly.Then when we had our delivery, their team leader, Trey (I believe that was his name), continued on with the high level of service that we had experienced with Jon. He was careful to ensure that the team unpacked, placed and moved all the products without damaging any of the products or our property. They were very patient while we tried several configurations of the furniture and never acted frustrated or impatient when they moved the furniture for us. Trey made sure that we understood how the cantilever worked and ensured that all our questions were answered before they left.It is absolutely worth taking the time to visit their store and having Jon help you in picking your backyard furniture for your own oasis.
