I scheduled an appointment at 1:15 and I showed up at 1:05. They said it's going to take about an hour.One hour later my vehicle was still in the parking lot, nobody was able to fix the tire. I am not recommending this store. 0 service and quality!!! Worst customer service ever!

General manager made eye contact with me & hid in his office instead of accepting his tech, accidentally, which is totally normal & human; damaged my bumper. After he called me in to prove there was damage after saying I lied about paying ?. Accidents happen. But don’t be a coward. That’s super poor leadership. The tire & wheel came out great but the bumper & GM are both pretty unusable. Lead by example.

I have been going to Discount Tires for more years than I can remember. Today they once again confirmed why I remain a loyal customer.
A couple of weeks ago, before I left on a trip, I had my tires rotated and had the air checked. On my return I noticed that one of my tire covers was missing. Hoping that someone might have forgotten to replace it I went back and showed them it was missing.
Although they didn't have one lying around and he didn't rotate my tires personally, he was pretty sure that they all had been replaced back on when they were done.ost likely if I was missing one they would have brought it to my attention. There was always the possibility that someone might have taken it. He pointed out that if it would have become loose on it's own I surely would have heard a lot of clanging against the rim.
Having no way of really knowing what had happened I inquired about purchasing a replacement cover. He looked it up and told me it would be about $20 and he could order it. So I had him order it for me.
A few days later he called me and told me it had arrived and they'd put it in the back with my name on it until I came down to their shop.
About 2 days later I got around to picking it up. I went to pay for it and he said something to the effect that, "you've been a long time customer, keep your money and I'll get you someone to put it on for you", and he did.
This is only the latest, in many reasons through the years, that I continue to go to Discount Tires! The service is always top notch, 5 stars.

Ok, sorry for the delayed response but I at least wanted to give discount another shot because I still needed an alignment, so I went to the Cooper and Warner store. The original invoice #1882718, where I got home and the next morning, the new tire was flat as a board due to the technician not changing a valve stem, (at the Warner and McLintock location)on a loose wheel, with no tpms or anything unusual. That's the original reason for the review. Now, the reason I am reaching out is both positive and negative. The positive, the gentleman at the counter, and the technician who performed my alignment were top notch. Great service, great example of people doing there job well!!. Now, the negative, and the reason why I probably will never return to discount tire is this. The following pictures are as follows, DF, DR, PR, and PF wheel clear coat damaged. This was not there yesterday. I personally polished every single lug nut, all 20, and installed these wheels originally. I rotated the tires, myself, with care because the tire wear, and I know these marks were not on the wheels. I feel bad because the counter guy and alignment guy were awesome. Someone new, or inexperienced, or careless, or whatever marked up all 4 of my wheels due to being careless... These wheels were 99.5% perfect when I bought them, and brought them in. Now the clear coat is damaged on all 4. Never have had any issues with discount tire before, but I simply cannot return due to damage and carelessness, by 2 stores now....
Follow up pictures of Phil Ward damaged wheels. And 3 reciepts for alignment and 8 tires since 12/16/2024...... Was a good customer......

Very impressed with their customer service skills and speedy work! From the first phone call, to having my car aligned was seamless! I only had to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes, which was faster than I expected! I work at an automotive dealer, but decided to use Discount Tire, because it was more than $100 cheaper for an alignment, and that is even with my employee discount! Super happy! - It was $89.99 out the door, no additional fees or taxes! - They were able to fix my toe alignment on my commuter (Infiniti QX4) they showed me where the alignment was and what they did was great work! - Will return again -

Discount Tire is simply the best. I can't compare this location to any other Discount Tire location, because since I came here I haven't been to any other tire store.

Buyer beware. This place is a scam. I’ve had my tires changed 4 times by them and they have never honored the tire warranty. I just got my tires changed and they tried to upsell me on the tires they just sold me the month before telling me theres metal coming out of it and it needs to be replaced immediately and they can’t rotate them. I asked to use the warranty and every time they come up with an excuse to not use it. first it was “ they aren’t worn enough” yet after telling me there’s metal coming out of them. Then this excuse was “it’s because you didn’t rotate them enough.” Once again I fall victim to paying another $200 dollars because of their excuses. DO NOT COME HERE!

Today Jaz, Kelly, and Jonathan, made my bad day a lot less miserable. I brought my car in for a punctured tire and they all went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did they answer every question & concern I had, but they gave me the best price I could possibly find for my tires (and yes I checked multiple competitors and online websites). Plus they did it all with a friendly smile and welcoming demeanor.
What impressed me the most was that today was a holiday and they were extremely busy! I fully expected them to tell me that I'd have to leave my car over night and pick it up in a day or two; but instead they squeezed me into their already busy schedule and had my car ready for pickup the same day. They even stayed later than the posted closing hours so that I could pick it up.
It's not every day that I experience this level of professionalism and high quality customer care. Much thanks to Jaz & his team, I'll definitely be coming back next time I have tire troubles or need new tires.

This is my 2nd visit to this location and it was just as pleasant as my first. I was greeted by Kelli as she was coming in from helping another customer. Greeted with a smile and pleasant demeanor. I needed a flat repair and walked in 30min before closing time. She said no problem with a smile and took it in knowing it would keep them there late.
As I waited for the repair I listened to every phone call and transaction. You see, I am by profession, a shop manager. I have been in the tire, repair, and now aftermarket auto industry for 25yrs. I can see, hear, and detect things the normal customer cannot.
This shop is clean, well managed, the employees seem happy to be there, and eager to help. This is a hard task to do in a VERY busy industry. I am VERY impressed with every employee working this evening. I want to thank you for the great service at the end of a busy holiday and closing time.
Great job to the manager for running a tight ship, and to Kelli and everyone working at this location. I will gladly send local business their way!
