I purchased pretty expensive fragrances at Dillard's, and unfortunately, I had to return the unopened product. However, the return process was smooth and friendly. I called the store and explained the situation, and the manager assured me that I would be able to return the items with no problem. Neal, the manager, overseen the entire process, and I must say I was impressed with his professionalism and customer service skills.. Thank you, Dillard's!!!

I was looking to buy a watch. I couldn't find a sales ledson for 10 mins. Once I tracked someone down he asked me to wait and I waited and waited so I left. I felt judged and no one was interested in selling me a watch. Bad service. Back to Amazon. Good retail shopping is officially dead.

Joe at the Dillard's Santan Village Men's Department did an awesome job of finding me the perfect Gold Label dress shirt in the right measurements. Very patient and professional.

Be very careful with your underage daughters when they are asked for bra fitting. Monica who is a "certified" bra fitter and the store manager Neil Hipolito says it's their procedures to ask females, even underage females, to completely take their top off, shirt and bra for bra fittings. They don't use tape measures or go over the clothes, but certified bra fitters stay in the room while underage females undress to the skin. That is weird and it's uncomfortable. According to Neil, they do it all the time. But he was just glad that some parents are in the room with the females sometimes. Other associates I spoke to working there at Dillard's didn't agree with the policy and felt disheartened about the policy. Under any circumstances, don't ever trust or shop at this location. Neil Hipolito doesn't really care and backs up his employees to the nine. This is the only company that asks to bare to the skin, no other stores ask of this. Those are the smart ones.

I can always find something I like at Dillard's. I love their "investments" brand pants. It can be expensive but you can find pretty good deals

Great selection of women's and men's clothing. My teens didn't like it as much, preferring to buy from stores specific to them. If teens want to have better quality and dress up a bit, though, it's a great place to shop. I also love their sales.
