It’d be nice if this location would fix its ATM. Over 3 weeks it’s been out of service which is incredibly frustrating when I took a second job at a restaurant across the street to keep the bills paid and can’t deposit my tips at the end of my shift. Desert Financial is the ONLY credit union I’ve ever heard of that doesn’t participate in shared branching so depositing at another credit union is out of the question. I definitely think I’ll be moving to Arizona Financial Credit Union. Just as big and more accessible/accommodating.

Simple issue.Money order was filled out incorrectly.Western Union advised going to bank where funds were taken from, and issuing the money order to myself to have funds deposited.Manager told me to go to western Union. After I just explained they are who provided me the information. I didn’t need a “refund” I know they are not the issuers, but I do need MY MONEY deposited to MY ACCOUNT with ALL MY INFO in front of them.Nope.Market location mentioned fraud and Power location just didn’t want to do it.Went over to Chase (although not the bank funds came out of) and quick and easy. Couple questions, ID, signature and boom, issue resolved!I don’t even like Chase, so just imagine where this sorry excuse for a bank ranks now.Desert Financial IS NOT Desert Schools, the entire bank is so subpar.

Denis provided the exact service I was looking for in the short time frame I was working with. He knew everything I could possibly ask without needing to look up the answer. The credit union is very wise about the products and services they offer. 10/10

Attempted to go in and open a new account with this branch and got the run around! Complete waste of time and the service was not helpful or kind at all! I had all documentation needed and still they gave the run around! Do not recommend this credit union! Never had such a issue with opening a account

I went to use the atm there was no out of service screen when I put my card in, it took the card then says out of service not returning my card. Everytime I come to this location it has issues, and this time I now have had my card stolen with no options to return in back or cancel

Overall I guess its difficult to give a superb rating when the service doesn't match what you're use to. From the day I sat and opened this account, I knew I wasn't happy with the way things worked here. I proceeded to open the account to make things easier to receive my money from one of your customers. The system has had some type of issue the few times I tried using it. As far as the employees go, Julian was fine. He was friendly, but I would suggest he stay nearby while serving the customer until their transaction is complete (he and coworkers were chit chatting while I completed getting a pin setup on the phone). I wanted to ask a question, but already knew he wasn't there. He did come over before I left to ask if I was able to get it done. My prior visit was with a female, who's name I can't remember. She seemed to just go through the motions and not really happy to be doing the job. I don't see myself referring anyone to this bank, because I truly love the service and benefits I get at Navy Federal. Sorry but honesty is who I am.

If you need hundred dollar bills don’t come here. They are extremely unhelpful. You’d think if you needed hundreds a bank would be the place to go to. Smh

We currently set up an account due to seeing all the positive reviews online and talking with a couple friends that liked this bank! But unfortunately we did not see it the same after I have given multiple attempts for them to correct to issues we had they have chosen to hold there ground over a 250$ transaction, I very small amount that they will easily make back from me within the year, and by correcting the issue they would of kept me as a customer for far longer then 8 months! But we will be closing our account with them this Saturday and moving banks once again! This will be our third bank in 10 years! Customer support does not communicate well enough, we lost out on 250$ do to a fraud charge that there only means of communication was in there message center in the app, you know the message center then everyone gets there correspondence from there bank in! I expected a phone call text message, email about this pending fraud case but they felt it was sufficient enough to send 1 message in our app and they had done there part! I could see if the fraud department told us hey we only communicate through the app, but that wasn't the case we were told to look for an email or a phone call if they needed anything else from us. We didn't see the message and you only have a certain amount of time to respond before the case is closed and they can't do anything! Not a phone call or anything was made to ask us if we received it! We didn't even receive an email after they closed the case because we didn't respond! I would not bank here if I was you! Find a bank that cares about you and wants you to succeed! I know there are banks out there that do, so go find one!
