“Love this store! It had all those things you can never seem to find anywhere else, at reasonable prices- if you’ve never gone you definitely need to check them out!”
“At 73, in cancer treatment, had to arrange for a ride and when went into store didn't see any employees. My daughter had to go find someone for me to speak with about the pillow came into store to purchase. That lady was very nice and told me about having to get online, as not carried in store. I did find a large structured crossbody purse that I had been searching for - a pleasant surprise. Will check online now, before getting ride to store - just to save time and gas.”

“Came in to look around and do a little Christmas shopping. I was quite surprised to find a large inventory to choose from. I found lots of options actually. Never a bad thing I suppose. Check out line was not long and I was ble to get in and out of there very quickly. Cashier was nice and friendly. I always appreciate good customer service.”
“Needed to make an amazon return and was pinched for time. Boy at the counter (i think his name was Derek or something else with a D) made it quick and seamless despite the line being long. Very nice boy, too.”
“I think the lady for the dressing rm assistant her name was Koda, she was so lovely and helpful. My olive oil bottles were falling out of the bottom of my cart and she took all 6 bottles and put them inside the cart to keep them save so they don't break while I was In the dressing room. You don't have experience like this now days. And my Cashier assoc # 215437 was very lovely as well. Store was organized and clean. Could have bigger selections in house holds dept is very low.”

“I purchased pretty expensive fragrances at Dillard's, and unfortunately, I had to return the unopened product. However, the return process was smooth and friendly. I called the store and explained the situation, and the manager assured me that I would be able to return the items with no problem. Neal, the manager, overseen the entire process, and I must say I was impressed with his professionalism and customer service skills.. Thank you, Dillard's!!!”

“I didn't realize they moved TJMaxx to the north of Germaine. It used to be on the south side, next to Hobby Lobby. It is now within Michael's and Ross complex. I think this location is much better though.
As for the store. I went there on a weekday morning so there's not a lot of people. Employees were stocking and organizing as I arrive so it was clean.
This is TJMaxx + mini Homegoods, just like the one in Cooper, they just don't have the Homegoods name on it but they have small kitchenware and home decor area.”
“Staff was so friendly and helpful. I came home without a few items that I purchased. After showing them the receipt, they replaced my items. Didn't expect this from a big brand. Thank you so much :) happy holidays!”
“On vacation I came to this location today and when I say the humanity alone from the workers was astonishing. I am diabetic and my sugar was dropping severely while in the store so I had to sit down and regroup myself. They offered me water and candy and the manager talked to my 10 month old son while I focused on bringing my sugar back up. I was terrified I would pass out but they were so kind and he even carried my stuff back to my car for me while I carried my son. We need more kind humans in this world. I felt so bad and was so embarrassed but they were so kind”
“My First Visit at this Ross location was Amazing ? First off, the Store itself was Very Clean & Well Organized. ? Secondly, the Staff was Great ? from being Greeted at the door to the Wonderful Cashier who helped my check out. ? Last, but definitely not Least, found a Great Deal on what I was looking for, as well another item.If you haven't been Into your Neighborhood Ross I Highly Recommend stopping in.”

“I moved away from the area 15 years ago. The store has changed a little bit. It’s no longer called “Super Target” but the signage is all modern and the self checkout actually can handle heavy traffic because they paid for the extra machines.
That being said, I could not use my Target wallet app to pay. The weaker carrier signal in the area went away as soon is I was in the building. The guest wifi can’t handle the number of people trying to use it. So my wallet never opened and I could not pay through the red card.”
“Of my favorite places, well, specifically in this one the costs are a little higher than normal, I think because of the brands and models that are not so old, but definitely cheaper, for example CK bag from 700 usd to 150 usd. I think so, don't you think so!!”
“I would like to share as I walked into your Gilbert Macy's how wonderful it was to meet Ann Marie I came in to return a purse that was a gift to me and we struck up a conversation. I couldn't have been happier to have met her. Her smile, professionalism and kindness was something we don't see everyday anymore. We struck up a conversation as I told her I had just retired after twenty one and a half years, and the wonderful gifts my staff gave me. We were speaking about bosses and I explained what my job was and what a pleasure it was to supervise and manage the people that I had for so many years. We spoke for 10 or 15 minutes, and she brought up her boss Karen, she spoke about how wonderful she treats her staff, and that she was thankful for a boss like her. I told her that I was the type of boss that didn't just hear people I listened to what they had to say. She, Annemarie said that is how Karen is. I told her, I felt privileged to of had the job I did. And that the people that worked with and for me made me love my job. I told her that I loved them and they are worth so so much to me. Annemarie, said that is how she feels doing her job. And again stated Karen made that possible. I say. “Store was very well laid out, was able to get everything on my list and then some (as always!). I like to use the self checkout areas so went to the one with conveyor belt, and though most checkout area registers (okay sorta register) are the same, this one was slightly different but I had no problem at all thanks to the on-screen prompts. The only issue I had was when leaving had to get my receipt checked (I knew this was coming since I had a few items not in bags-only because 2 would not fit and I don't see a need to place my milk in a bag when it comes with a built-in handle on it). Realized I forgot ice so pulled my cart over to the checkout area (the one RIGHT by the exit doors), went the 6 feet over to the register & purchased my ice, grabbed my ice from the bin on the way to the door, and even though neither I nor my cart had left visual range of this receipt checker (who I am sure watched me most or all of the time since it was not busy), felt the need to check my receipt yet again. I'm chalking this exit being bad due to an overzealous employee & not a required Walmart policy, otherwise I am thinking they will have to answer to someone as to why people are using so many plastic bags at checkout unnecessarily. Oh-and provide tape to secure items that are too large to fit, or just provide some stupid sticker for unbagged items like any other retail store.”
“Mostly well kept and organized, minus the toys section. Need employee(s) to be able help keep shelves clean during the day with all the lazy customers and careless parents making them look like chaos”
“What can I say? It's a Walmart. You want something, find it yourself. That's the easiest way to get help. Someday though, I will run into an employee that smiles.”

“Redbox is a place to rent a movie usually for around a buck or two. They offer a variety of selections and some Redbox offer game rentals as well. They charge for any extra days you have the movie. Usually you return it the next day at any redbox.”

“Of course it's t.TJ Maxx who doesn't want to go and spend 2 hours wandering the store for things we don't need☺️ this happens to be a very clean and organized store with good parking and very nice employees having said that that the lines can get pretty long, but it really is a great store full of really great stuff. You won't be disappointed”
