I went to pick up 1 prescription. ONE. I had to wait in 3 separate lines and was there for over an hour. They apparently can't handle a change in insurance without a full 3 separate people staring at their screens for 20 minutes each. In the hour I was there the line was never less than 6 people and they seemed incapable of actually helping any of them. Ironically I was picking up blood pressure medication and this place raised my blood pressure sky high. Just don't go.

Good luck trying to get meds at this location. The pharmacy is beyond slow and at times you have to wait 30mins.

Pure irresponsible people work in this pharmacy, my husband left the hospital and they sent him antibiotics and three days have passed and they haven't given them to him. If my husband goes back to the ER I hold you irresponsible people responsible.

This is my review, my previous one was for my dad, but I have to say, these people in the reviews are very petty and most of these one star rating sound childish..
I deserve the one star, they deserve a five star. I had to go in there three times earlier and the RX wasn’t going through as it normally does and this staff is very calm and collected. I was was really feeling apprehensive, because I felt I just kept causing issues, (you all know you’re my favourite(s), but Ally {sorry, I hope that’s the right spelling} kept me from being stressed).
Unfortunately, I had to leave and come back again and the next gentleman that assisted me, finalised everything and I’ll have to get his name and come back for the edit, but story short, they’re amazing workers and you other individual(s) a.k.a. The one star Mafia.. please, go back try it again and if you honestly feel it was right, then so be it, but I believe you guys should give them another chance and maybe you can help them, like they do for all of us..
Thank you all and please corporate, give these guys some recognition, because they’re not a two star pharmacy. Definitely better than that..

There are some things that shouldn't happen, like the pharmacist deciding unilaterally that a patient shouldn't have pain meds, so the meds weren't filled, nor were we told why. The patient had an entire joint replacement surgery. When we called to straighten out the situation, we were met with snark and a callous pharmacist tech who was less than helpful.

This location is consistently closing early and opening late. Particularly for lunch. It is unacceptable to wait in line for 10-15 minutes but then have the staff put down the gate before the car at the window drives away, before 1:30. That happened today. People can’t always wait around for a half hour.
Additionally, they close at 6 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, but the store is open until 10 pm every day.
The pharmacy hours should be the same as the store hours. Additionally, as other reviews have pointed out, they should be rotating lunch breaks like everywhere else including the main store.

They are the absolute worst. I just witnessed a car go to the drive thru at 1:15, no one helped them or addressed them as a line forms, and then at 1:35 come over and say they close for lunch at 1:30. So apparently they just can’t muster up the energy to work until 1:30, they stop at 1:15 let everyone sit there and then say sorry once lunch hits. It was almost comical. I guess that’s one way to get a longer lunch.

Always a nice staff but can only give 2 stars due to their ridiculous lunch break where the close the pharmacy and people have to sit around and wait. What other retail store in the world shuts down and closes the door for a lunch break
I’m not against lunch breaks but rotate employees so you can remain open

I was in a hurry but I needed to buy an item and as I was walking up to a self checkout machine a member offered to help me. I was surprised the team member offered to help me since the self checkout was not busy. She had great customer service & a positive attitude and I’m glad she decided to help me. I recommend this CVS location and I’m sure you will feel the same way.

CVS overall is a terrible company. I am sorry to write this review because the practitioners at this place are amazing, however the way CVS treats their patients on the billing and customer support is horrific, dishonest and unethical. I called to dispute a charge due to the practitioner verbally telling me that CVS clinic is out of the scope of what I needed and that I wasn't going to get charged. CVS however unilaterally decided in their billing department that I was going to get billed. I called to get explanation and dispute the charges however, the only thing they mentioned over and over is that the decision was already made and there was nothing else to do, I kept asking for reasonable evidence to settle this and they couldn't not provide logical arguments, other than you were there. finally after I kept insisting they just decided to hung up on me.

Nurse Tammy at the Minute clinic took great care of me. I had done in to get a test and she took the time to run an exam on me like I was at my normal PCP. Was friendly and knowledgeable. Really appreciated her.

Went in for a covid booster. Online scheduling was simple. Pharmacist checked us in was kind and informative. Kimberly gave me and my husband the shot. It was painless. She answered our questions. This CVS is clean and full of awesome employees.
