Horrible service. Sat at drive thru to pick up a prescription for five minutes. Nothing at all. Go inside and they act annoyed I walked up. Maybe try to do your job?!

I was treated so well. Needed a prescription filled and it wasn't available at the greenfield and southern location. They sent me to check at this one. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady that helped me at Guadalupe and greenfield. It wasn't available at Guadalupe either but she checked to see where I could pick it up and called and arranged for it. Big thank you. At the first place I was told I would need to call myself or just go check it out

I went in a few weeks ago and the pharmacist sent me home with the wrong amount of my meds. I was a little worried since it is ADHD medication and a controlled substance...I did not want them to think I did so stupid madness with it like some people do. She was super sweet though and she fixed it right away....plus I kinda have a crush on her so it's hard for me to stay mad.

Very disappointed in the service here. I've been coming here for a couple years and it seems the pharmacy gets worst. Service is shockingly slow both inside and drive thru. The drive thru is a joke and you'll be there at least for 20 min in line. When you come to window you wont be noticed for another 5 min. I tried but I'm transferring to Walgreens.

Tiffany the pharmacist is Rude, couldn't answer a simple question about vit E. She is unaware that after she walked away from me I over heard her complain about me to a staff member. Very unprofessional and maybe she needs additional training CVS....I'm going to Walgreens now.

It’s really sad when the pharmacy won’t even pick up the phone. The only option now is to leave a voicemail and they say they’ll call back in an hour. And you’re lucky if that happens or if they even call back that day. They’ve never had great customer service and this just takes it to a whole other level. I was in the drive-through this afternoon and the lady that was at the window spoke very broken English and kept telling me that my prescription was fine when in fact, it was not fine. She also was telling me that I couldn’t change my insurance and I would have to come back later. Which turned out to be a lie. Because I got the pharmacist and he told her you can put in the insurance. So I’m guessing she just needed permission from him? I don’t really think that’s the kind of person I want dealing with medicine.

Have to use CVS pharmacy because of insurance. They are awful at this store!! No customer assistance from the pharmacy staff both in person or via phone. They are rude and nasty. Today was the last straw when the pharmacy clerk HUNG up on me after being rude and talking over me. I miss Walgreens. They cared about their customers.

I am at this CVS almost every day for 10+ years! 5 stars every day! They always say hello and allow me to browse and not bother me lol! Retail therapy is a thing. The team and pharmacy has been excellent every time

I feel bad for the people that work for the manager!! He is horrible! Rude! And has an attitude all day everyday!!! Every time I go there he is rude to everyone! He needs to find a new job if he hates it so bad! I received a text that said my prescription wasn’t covered by insurance. I have 2 insurances. It didn’t tell me what medication. I called to ask when I told him he said .. what’s your question about it. I asked if he needed my info? He said no what’s your question? He didn’t even know my name! I said I don’t know, u contacted me? What ins isn’t covered and why? Is it that hard? Seriously!
