Hands down the best pharmacy in the area! The pharmacist Brian and his staff are amazing. ? Always so helpful, kind, and you can tell they are invested in your wellness. It also helps that they are fun and seem to genuinely enjoy their work! Great experiences always.

Be prepared to be on hold for a long time when calling this location. I have medication that has been on back order with no updates from CVS. When I finally got a hold of some there there, they said no CVS Pharmacy has the medication within a 20 mile radius. I asked what do you recommend I do to resolve this situation and he said to go somewhere else.

Angela is amazing! She helped me find the Vanilla Coke I was looking for on the phone and helped me figure out how to use my coupons. I was a lot of trouble and she was both helpful and polite. Give that lady a raise! Thank you Angela! :-)

I went to CVS with my mom earlier this evening and I asked an associate named Charles, if they had more of the aluminum free deodorants and without taking a look or checking, he said they were all out. Even if a store is out of something, it’s considered good customer service to check the shelves, your store device, or the backroom for the customer, so it makes it look like you are trying. I will not return to this CVS because I feel like I did not receive the best service. Hopefully it won’t happen to anyone else.

You can almost hear a sad trombone sounding in the background upon entering this CVS. Personally, I feel this way about a majority of CVS locations that I've been to, but especially this one. After you get out of your car, you walk through a parking lot that's dark at night into a store that's dim at all times of the day. It's really drab and rather dirty in there, too. CVS could learn a thing or two from Walgreens regarding store cleanliness; cleaning the caked-on dust from around the air vents, speakers, and other spots in the store would be a good start. This location could also benefit from doing a better job at keeping the shelves stocked and also keeping the freezers free from expired food. Unfortunately, the employees have no control over CVS's highway-robbery prices and unusual layout which makes everything harder to find. On the plus side, they get brownie points for a having a self-checkout register. Most importantly, however, I've found that CVS employees are always pretty polite and patient; this location is no different in that regard, so I gave an extra star for that.

The pharmacy doesn't answer the phone. Really awesome. whats the point in having a phone system if you don't answer?

I cannot refill my prescriptions one more time without giving the BIGGEST shout out to Brian the Pharmacy Tech, at CVS (on Lindsay/Warner in Gilbert AZ) who by far has been 100% top notch everytime I call to refill my prescriptions! He is professional, kind and so knowledgeable with insurance issues that may arise and actually remembers his customers! Thank you Brian!!!! Well deserved

Went in to drop off prescriptions. The girl had walked away from the computer and had her back to me and was on her phone, and I kept clearing my throat trying to get her attention and then finally she turned around and said, do you have a question. I told her I wanted to fill prescriptions. It was like I asked her to do something that was not her job. . Then come to find out she’s actually sick and working behind the counter in pharmacy. Are you freaking kidding me! Stay home when you’re sick so you don’t get the rest of us sick. Did you not learn anything from Covid?
