Cathy Thomas and the staff at Curves are awesome! They know their stuff when it comes to women's fitness! As a former personal trainer myself, I've seen them in action and am impressed with their program and results! I highly recommend Curves-Gilbert!

The Gilbert Curves workout helped make my body strong again. The work out is fun as are the women of all ages working out there. It is a relaxed and fun atmosphere with none of the social pressures of a mixed gender gym.

I LOVE this place! I had worked out at a Curves years ago, but slowly they all seemed to disappear. I tried other gyms, but never felt comfortable in the environment they provided and would make excuses not to go. I found this Curves location by simply driving by, and am so glad that I went in. I'm always greeted in a kind and friendly manner and don't feel self-conscious like I have at other gyms. There are many women of all body-types, sizes, shapes, and ages, and the workout is fun and fast. I feel much better physically AND mentally since I started in August. Do yourself a favor, and give it a try!

It is one of the few in the states and I love it. The owner and all the ladies are super nice, they welcome you. The workout is quick and convenient and the equipment and studio are clean and in great shape.

The owner Kathy instantly & warmly welcomed me into the Curves family! ??? I HATE the gym, but curves IS different. In & out in ONLY 30 minutes! Feeling BETTER & stronger in just 1 month!

Curves circuit is a great place for us ladies. It only takes a half hour, and you don't have to worry about guys glaring at you! ? It's nice to be able to feel comfortable working out. Plus, the owners and coaches are great.

I love Curves! I feel better than I have in years and it only takes 30 minutes 3 times a week! I'm hiking with my husband at almost 64 and I sure didnt think I'd be doing that after just a few months at Curves!
