My two kids go here and there is no school I would rather have my kids in after touring 13 others and being very very disappointed when comparing them to Creo. Bilingual, child led yet organized, caring beautiful hearted staff, amazing ways for kids to learn and grow and become who they are meant to be! It doesn’t get any better. My kids are sweet, kind, caring, respectful, full of wonder and excited about school! That’s all a mother can ask. I plan to keep my kids here through adolescence as long as I see it serving them and enhancing their lives.

I really wanted to like this school, I heard the negative reviews and hoped they were wrong, sadly they were not. It started when I cam across an ad for them on fb, I didn't ask for any info just stated how nice their program seemed and how hard its been to find an adolescente program with openings for my son. Someone then replied and said they would be messaging me (getting my hopes up), they messaged, asked for a contact number and asked if they could contact me in a few days, which they did, a voice-mail was left with contact info for setting up a tour. I called back 2 days later because in-between that time they were having an event on the new farm open to the public, so I thought let me check it out before setting up a meeting. The info at the event was great, and the farm was beautiful again I'm getting excited because who doesn't want the best for their kid? Especially a kid who's being let down by the public school system.... anyways the vibe there was very snooty, I came into contact with one lady who was helpful and the the head of the school. I asked her if enrollment was open, she said yes, the website said otherwise but why would I get a call to set up a meeting and tour if it wasnt. After liking what I saw and heard at the event about the school I called back the young lady who originally left the voice-mail, per the receptionist she was gonna for the day and would not be back for a week due to spring break(this call was made at 10am on a Friday) i asked to speak to someone else that could help, she put me on hold and came back and said that no one could schedule me because spring break,(because they couldn't schedule out past the break????) She said the easiest thing for me to do would be to go online and book an appointment, again online wouldn't let me because "enrollment was closed" so I found an email for Adam the adolescent director. Explained the situation and ask3d if enrollment was closed and if so if there was a waiting list we could be put on, he told me they were only accepting kids from other montessori schools, totally ignoring the waiting list question. I then asked if there was an anticipated date as to when they would be accepting kids from non montessori schools, that was ignored as well. He then stated "The adolescent program requires some experience in a Montessori environment, as we’re just getting starting" but if I had younger kids and was interested in enrolling them he could direct me to someone who could help me(which I do and was looking to enroll them both but after this experience I will take them elsewhere) he didn't ask if my child had any montessori experience, which he does, just assumed he didn't....... I thought montessori was for every child? Everything montessori preaches talks about how public school sets them up for failure, I'm just trying to help my child but apparently it isn't gonna happen with the help of creo. They need to get there stuff together. It seems as its an "all about the looks" kinda deal.

My son started here in September and wow is all I can say. Amazing staff and amazing school. They truly set the gold standard for Montessori education and my son loves going to school everyday. He looks forward to it and the two prior schools he thought were a punishment. I have seen him grow so much already in just the three short months since he started the children’s house program. He talks about his classmates and always has wonderful stories to share with me when he comes home about his teachers and friends. This school gets 10/5 stars for me. I just wish they didn’t require the kids to wear masks (k-12).

As a national educational consultant, I have visited and consulted with many schools all over the country. I am particularly taken with Creo Montessori. The level of authentic care for the education, well-being, and development of all of their students is remarkable. The educators are extremely passionate about their work, knowledgeable on developmental and educational practice, and have a keen desire to connect with each student.I have NEVER seen an educational establishment as fine as this one. When I learned that they have a wait list, I was not surprised at all. It is worth the wait, and they are who they say they are. This school is the only school I would ever send my children to.The program directors in particular are some of the most caring, dedicated, and relational people that I have ever had the pleasure of consulting with.5 stars is the only rating I would ever give Creo. And a huge thank you to all of their professionals! You are making a significant difference in the lives of our future generation!

Creo has been wonderful so far since my son started here in September. He absolutely loves going to school now and the ones we tried before he thought he was being punished when sent there. The teachers in his classroom are absolutely wonderful with kids and so patient. Ms. Marcella and ms. Jadira are absolutely wonderful with him. So happy we were able to come to creo and my son now gets a first class Montessori education.

My family and I are in love with this school! Not only is it the most beautiful and peaceful school we've ever seen, but our son is also thriving from the excellent education he is receiving from their staff. If you're looking for a school with a community that feels like a family, then I would definitely recommend Creo!

We found Creo after we had been struggling to find the right fit for our special needs child. He had tried several other types of school options including public, charter and even homeschooling. We stumbled across Creo at its inception and haven’t looked back. Our son began in 2nd grade and is now at the new Adolescent campus currently in 8th grade. He was working on life skills and academics in a new way and he was loving it. The focus on grace and courtesy had also stuck us as such a unique attribute of this type of education. The idea that this is their “home” and they are being “raised” during the day to be good, caring, love, and thoughtful human begins resonated. Since our son started after he was very established in core subjects, it was eye opening to watch our middle child read at such a young age and with such confidence. Her love of learning, reading, and researching hasn’t diminished over time. Having the 3-year cycle has had such an amazing impact on our children being able to build on skills in a continuous environment with the same teachers has been a blessing. We love Creo and have felt so fortunate to be a founding family and watch this school grow each year. To be able to provide this type of well rounded, thought provoking, integrative education to my children is beyond anything I could have imagined. As a yoga teacher, to see so many principles of self-care, self-esteem, self-love and humanity incorporated into their daily environment makes my heart sing.

This school works for several families and after having my child attend for 4 months, we met several nice people with children who were very happy with the school. My then 3 year old child, however, hated every single day and, at his young age, he used his worst behavior to make sure he would get out of school or he would be sent home. At first we did not understand why and we played along trying to make our child fit the mold. One day, however, we spent 30 min in his classroom for his birthday celebration and what my husband and I witnessed was very illuminating: birthday celebration at Creo is called a Sun Celebration - there is a "sun" in the center of the classroom and the birthday kid walks in circles around the sun while parents tell stories and show pictures of the child. While the birthday kid is doing this, all other kids sit around the sun in a circle. What we totally disliked was that whenever one of the kids tried to speak or ask a question, the teacher (Ms. Johna) would say (and I quote) "this is not your birthday, you cannot speak" or "this is not your birthday, you need to stay quiet" - suddenly the teacher sent a girl out of the circle to a corner because "she was talking too much" and truth is that the girl was sitting right next to me and up to that moment I had not even noticed the girl and never heard her talking, at least not "too much." Kids at Creo cannot be kids - they cannot talk out of place, they cannot walk, stand up, or do anything if it is not the "right" moment for them to do it... but then something else happened: as the teacher walked a little around the circle, one kid kicked the teacher from behind and yet the teacher did not say a word - she just turned around and ignored what had happened - reason being that this kid is the son of the Program Director. So one girl was sent out of the circle because she was "talking too much" but the naughty kid did not get any consequence for kicking his teacher???What I described above was our experience in 30 min in that classroom. Our boy spent 4 months and we applaud him for tolerating 4 months of being told that talking, walking fast or let alone running are bad things. Our boy received "white notes" every single day and his playtime would frequently be taken away as a punishment for "interrupting his friends when the friends were working" (a.k.a. a punishment for being a social kid is to remove the kids playtime). After 4 months at Creo, our boy believes that he is a "bad kid" - and he frequently would say: "I was sent to the office because I was bad." - the problem is also that he became comfortable with the label of being a bad kid. In addition, the teacher labeled him as "defiant" and hinted us that he may be ADHD - her words were "I am not a doctor... I am not a doctor, and he is too early to be diagnosed but he may have ADHD" - then she said: "he is not a strong will child, I believe that strong will is something positive but he is not positive, his behavior is negative."... The teacher labeled him from day one and we never heard something truly positive about our child coming out of her mouth. No wonder why our boy's behavior only got worse and worse - because his teacher only focused on his negatives and never saw anything positive in him.I choose to see the positive in my child and to nurture it and I choose a school that will do the same. Creo did not work for us and now we are remedial mode working with our child so that he understands that he is not "bad" - he is a good and amazingly smart boy who got himself out of Creo school: "Children have this amazing way of becoming exactly what we tell them they are. If we tell them they are capable, they become capable. "...

My 3 children have attended Creo for 5 years. I have nothing but great things to say. My children are empowered to think outside of the box and the school encourages acceptance of others through peace curriculum. I especially like the farm to table gardening education, bilingual immersion program and community of supportive staff and parents. I wholeheartedly believe my children are gaining the skills and confidence to be the leaders of tomorrow.

My son (6) and daughter (4) attend Creo. My wife and I are amazed at their academic growth. My son has developed a natural curiosity for learning and was reading, writing and understanding division by age 5. My daughter comes home singing songs in Spanish. She is developing her reading, writing and gravitates toward group work. My children are also learning about community and what their place is within it. Working side by side with a diverse group of children of all ages where Community and free thinking education come together.

I would like let others know that this school flat out discriminated against my family. After dealing with the head of school, Sherry, I have come to the conclusion that either she personally is racist or that she is trained to send African Americans away. I have expressed my concerns with this issue and they have never offered an apology nor an explanation for the way we were treated. There are many positive reviews about this school from caucasian families. What i challenge you to do, if diversity is important to you, is find a review from someone who’s in any way “brown skinned”. At that, more than just one posted anytime BEFORE I wrote this review and they have had the ability to have someone write a review for them! If you’re not caucasian, (Unless they need to fill their “token child “ quota for the year) you’re not getting in!

My son started at this school at 18 months and is now 4 y/o. This school is wonderful, loving, nurturing, and are dedicated to having a well rounded education. At 3 y/o he was learning about continents, being exposed to wonderful and educational literature, learning numbers, and learning about the earth. My son came home one day singing numbers up to 50 and singing about the continents at which time he was 3 1/2 y/o. I just love that Creo makes learning fun.

Creo is a phenomenal AMI Montessori school. We are winding down our second year there and feel very blessed to be a part of the Creo community. The classrooms are top notch. The school is bilingual which a definite bonus. I also love that they teach grace and courtesy. As it is a private Montessori, yes you pay tuition. It is not a public school. However, the school offers scholarships to children 5 and under and hosts workshops on how to utilize STO tax credits to reduce tuition expenses. The school hosts an annual fundraiser event. The proceeds of the event go towards the before mentioned scholarships. What I am most humbled by is the amount of time and hard work that Creo families and Creo staff members give towards this event. They donate their time and money to help children (who may not even be their own) to be able to attend Creo. It is an awesome feeling knowing that these parents and staff members care so much about the children. The staff members and families are wonderful. It truly feels like a community.
