Lovely place and the customer service is exceptional! I recently called to order a leather chair - it was unavailable at the Gilbert location but they shipped it from another store. I was able to have a beautiful chair delivered in 1 week! Incredibly fast given supply chain issues. The team also sent me a "thank you" note

This place says they make quality leather furniture, but I have concerns whenever I see attached back cushions, their sales personal are helpful and friendly and they have a large assortment of colored leather to pick from sense they are a factory direct supplier
