I have been a client of Craig's for more than 20 years. There have been very few times I needed extra help because he is so thorough, as well as is the rest of his staff. When I need something, I know he will give me the help I need in a timely fashion. I built my business on fast, fair and courteous service. That is exactly what I have repeatedly received from Craig and each member of his staff. Five stars are not enough.

As I started a new business I looked all over Arizona to find the accountant right for me. When I started reading reviews for Craig Elggren I was impressed. Craig provided excellent guidance for me, and my business taxes were thousands of dollars less than I thought they would be due to his support in creating an S-Corp. His team is amazing. They have helped me so much over the last year and a half since I began working with them. I recommend them to colleagues in Arizona who want support in setting up an S-Corp and getting their taxes done by a very competent and responsive team. Just to do a few shout-outs, Jennifer and Vidya have been incredibly helpful. A lot of this tax stuff is outside of my scope and can be stressful for me at times. One call to Craig's office and I feel clear, relieved, and supported. It's so nice to have a team I really rely on. Thank you Craig, Jennifer, Vidya, and team! You have my business!

I submitted my documentation in early March and my taxes were filed under an extension without communicating with me. There were no responses to my questions on the portal and staff were annoyed when I called for information and assistance. I would not recommend.

We went to Craig already having a Living Trust (LT) that was about 14 yrs old. Craig went over our LT and made a number of valuable updates. Laws have changed and he knew what to update in order to protect what we have. He is professional, down to earth and takes the time to explain each part of the LT. We highly recommend seeing him if you have a LT or if you haven’t taken that step. You don’t want what you have going through probate and having the government get what you want your beneficiaries to have!
