The professionalism here is completely under par. They treat you like criminals despite paying a membership monthly to them. I tried to come in and meet my wife with our four children coming home from work and they won’t let me in because I don’t have a physical card on me. How would I be expected to check out if I didn’t have a physical card to use upon checkout? I have never ever ever had any experience like this at Sam’s Club. They let me in with a smile they greet me say thank you for coming and take my money. Smart and finals is the same way and doesn’t even require a membership. Winco well. I’m offended and won’t go back.

The same day I went to Discount Tire and got a full set installed hours later. Meanwhile, 4 days later and the tires still aren’t in so I can get my $800 back. Seriously considering canceling my membership and joining Sam’s instead. Employees make mistakes, but two managers doing nothing to resolve it? Terrible!

First time visit. We were pleased to find that this Costco sells gas, but it does not have a car wash. The line for gas was not long.
Costco's are always busy, but this one was not exceptionally so.
The parking lot features up front handicapped parking.
The restrooms were clean, but they were busy, and there was a line.
Everything we wanted was in stock and the line to check out was not long.
I also used the self-service line for one forgotten item. I had help, and was served immediately.
Unlike the complaining I have heard about Costco self-checkouts, I had no problem. I found the staff to be happy to help and friendly.

Love the checkout and self checkout lines . I can usually check out within 5 minutes or less. I just wish they would carry countrytime lemonade year round.

Great as Costco always is, but it is so busy you can barely move inside. They really need to get one out in QC area to relieve some of the burden from this one.

Extremely unfriendly employees! My 2 year old handed the guy at the exit the receipt to check which she loves to do as they usually draw a smiley face for her and he said “ come on we need to get these people out here” as he shoved the receipt back in her hand. extremely rude! Will be going else where.
