Longest slowest lines with the rudest employees they would rather get frustrated with you using the self service than just do their job and check you out I’ll drive out of my way before giving this store anymore business

I was there an hour ago. The lady wasn’t very friendly. I asked for a bag for my hot food. She had a attitude. Than I was so mad I left my 15 dollar in the machine I drove off realized it called no answer.

Chelsea is the worst employee ruined my experience cussed at me and called me names I would never repeat I asked for her name and she said go ahead complain I don’t give @$&@!

Chelsea is extremely disrespectful and has horrible customer service. She assumed I was stealing because of my skin color and called me racial slurs and threatened to call the cops. Completely unnecessary and she doesn't deserve to work another day at Circle K.

What ever girl you have working late nights 2:30 am isn’t very bright. Walked in and was in store by myself for a good 5 min.s till she realized there was a customer and came in looking stoned out of her mind, to finally help me.

Always clean. Staff are a bit slow. Most likely understaffed and over worked. Public service is a hard job. Kudos to the staff for always being pleasant.

The fountains are always not working it seems like every other day at this point, and from my week straight of seeing if they were working personally, they were down 4 times in 7 days. So if you want one of the things they spend multiple million per year advertising, go down the road to 4353 S Power Rd, Mesa, AZ 85212 to another circle k that has what they advertise or, to 5545 S Power Rd, Mesa, AZ 85212 which is a QT that also has a soda fountain that isnt broken half the time. The only reason i have 2 stars is because the staff is actually good.

This circle K is absolutely ridiculous! When all the kids get out of the school down the street they all walk to this Circle K to have their parents pick them up there instead of at the school making it absolutely impossible to get in or out of the parking lot. If you happen to get into the parking lot & make it in to the gas station there is kids back packs thrown all over the floor 100s and I do means 100s of kids everywhere standing around in groups in circles to where you can walk through the gas station. You will trip over backpacks and won't be able to get to anything. This gas station needs to get a handle on this. it's horrific to try to get gas or anything from inside. I'll be avoiding this until it's resolved. Any parents having their kids walk to the gas station so they do not have to wait in a parent pick up line are the problem. Those kids could very easily be hit by a car or worse.

Credit/debit card machine on the air pump doesn’t work, cool no problem I’ll just go get quarters from inside. Hi! May I get some quarters? “ I don’t have a register” ( register is clearly 2 feet from her ) and with all this being said, I was an overnight manager for four years straight and it is not a problem to open that register exchange, bills and coins. Keep the open and close receipt on that register, staple it show it to your manager and explain why you had to open and close it.. don’t play me.

Usually decent prices. I would come here more often if the would just got rid of the annoying ad Noise at the pump. Its like having an annoying person yelling in your ear. I just want to quietly pump my gas and go.I know go to one of the higher priced now that dont have this.

Cashier on 8/8 9pm was pissed at something mumbling cuz words and did not want to be there. If you are that upset about your job find a new one.

Partner and I needed to get gas in her car and cash back for both of us. The Self-checkouts are apparently the only way to get gas, but you can’t get cash back with them. So we stand in line for a very long time for the cashier (only one on a live register) only for his coworker running the self-checkouts to start yelling at the crowd that you can only do gas at the self check-out. The whole “convenience” part of this convenience store is non-existent, this is NOT the place to go if you are in a hurry, the cashier who was on the live register was polite enough, but his coworker was very rude and should probably not be working with the public ? Overall, I would recommend not stopping here for any reason.
