The lady that works at night doesn't know how to do her job or seems to care. Several times I have gone in to try to use my free club candy on the app, but she tells me I can't use it. There's also been stuff like snacks being the wrong price and deals like buy 2 for 5 not coming up correctly and she refuses to fix it saying she can't change prices. She also always seems to have an attitude.

Was just there like 10 mins ago and was standing in line after two people, the lady that works the night just straight up went to the back and went on her phone. Not even ringing up my stuff and leaving me in line standing there waiting. (Didn’t even buy anything I just walked out.)

So I go to the gas station like a normal person should and I see a bunch of people standing outside which it's common so I proceeded to go to the door and the door is locked we're sitting here staring at the employee she is putting a box up on top of the garbage can so we can see her in the back while she's sitting there doing nothing and telling us it's closed it's closed and getting smart with us why is it closed for one you only been here for an hour for two you're not supposed to be close you say you're over 24 hours a day so what's going on here like is this what the employees get to do now shoot I wish I had that job and not do nothing and get paid for it hell I think we all want to have a job like that management needs to do something and step up and be a miniature and stop playing games like a kid

The attitude of the lady work the night shift was horrific. She refused legal tender and when I said "That's technically illegal" she became outraged and became verbally combative. Not giving a calm explanation instead resorting to "no it isn't". While I went to my car to get my phone so I can activate my debt card by the time I got inside she already put back my drink and kicked my brother out who is visiting from Washington. She then refused me service and said I can keep the fountain drink. First off I want nothing to do with this loose cannon you employed and will never return to that circle k I go to almost daily. You always have such good employees but this lady had the biggest chip on her shoulder and was quick to argue. Disgraceful, I don't want fired but maybe educated as to why someone would say that and to be able to calmly explain why.

Not 24 hours staff locks the doors and doesn't open them for several hours at a time. False advertising, the sign should say closes at 12:39..employees are not opening to sit around and get paid for not working. Worst circle k in Phoenix

Came here to pick up propane (8-02-22) at 4:30pm and the worker said it was too busy to grab the propane. It’s your job to do that, yeah there was a line but having them wait a few minutes isn’t gonna hurt anyone. It doesn’t make sense

Only 1 register open every morning during the rush. Probably should schedule people off before or after the line that snakes around the store.

This store has an employee by the name of Chris who not only has the worst customer service but is just plain rude. The line is always incredibly long because he is so slow. Not because he's incapable but apparently unmotivated. Circle K should be ashamed of retaining an employee like this. Never going back.

I'd give zero stars. Came by but the doors were locked. Lady was at the counter and walked away, said they'd be open again at 1:45. Came back at 1:45 and nothing. Waited till 2 and nothing still. Shitty service with shitty employees. Would not recommend. They really need to hire actual people and not losers. But I guess it's just circle k right? What should I expect lol.

My fiancé went to go buy a tall boy and he recently did turn 21 and when he went up to the register to buy it, person at the register said that he had to ID everybody in the group because my fiancé was there to pick up my friend who was working there at the time. He didn’t receive his tall boy because my friend was 18 years of age. Please tell me how this makes sense and if this happens again I’ll be going in myself

Half the time I go here there’s a sign on the door that says they’re on break and the store is closed for 30 mins. Don’t waste your time coming here just go to the one that’s half a block north from this one so you don’t have to waste time parking and getting out of your car and up to the door. For a Convenience store, this one is not convenient. Woman that works there also always scorns me for buying cigarettes. This one is closer to my house but the one up the road is much nicer inside, it doesn’t have lazy employees closing the store so they can hang out and not do anything for a while, and they don’t make you feel bad for buying cigarettes, so I’ve fully stopped going to this one since they don’t even seem to want business or profits

It's just so gross in here. It wasn't always this gross but it gets worse every time I go in. Can you please do something about it? It makes my town look bad.

I have gone here twice to redeem rewards, both times the person working couldn't get it to scan. Did try to help just o well. Won't be going here again
