Hate, hate, hate, hate, hate this place.
Not once have a had a good experience here… I will drive, or walk if needed, to a gas station twice the distance. Everything is significantly more expensive than the 7-11 down the road near Home Depot and the self scanners are a bad idea. Higher prices to do the work yourself. It’s also a bummer cause the attendants don’t say hello, goodbye or ask if you’d like to check out the good old fashion way… I guess they are there for solely for the purpose of monitoring the pumps? I originally walked to the counter with the clerk, just to find a sign on the counter and go back to the self check out. Not saying it’s the attendant’s fault, the concept in general is superfluous… maybe the prices are so high cause they need to pay off the stupid self check out scanners? Do better please ?

Most everyone that I have met there has been friendly. Marcus is especially a great worker. He always has a smile and a friendly attitude. After 25 years works in management in corporate america, I have learned that a person like Marcus is what makes a company successful. I keep going to that store because Marcus and other employees there give me a good experience, even if it is just while grabbing a soda.

i was freaking befuddled. i came here expecting 24/7 service but when i had showed up, i was perplexed. this young lady in blue hair gave me the meanest side eye of my life and had acted as if i wasn't real. i don't normally leave yelp reviews but i was so astronomically astonished by what had occurred that it felt that was necessary. 10/10 never coming here again.

Ask for two packs of cigarettes, he only rung up 1 pack. Two packs get a discount but he already charged my card. So then he rung me up for 2 packs and said that he refunded the first purchase, but there was nothing in the receipt that said refund, it only said purchase so I knew he did it wrong. He insisted that he did it right but I never got a refund so I paid $10 for something I never received.

Terrible customer service in the evening. I’ve been here a few times and the same guy treats you like you’re stupid when their pin-pad machine does not work. Do yourself a favor and go to another location.

Horrible service. I tried to put some air into my vehicle's tires. The card reader machine didn't work, so I went in and got some change in quarters. After inserting an extra $1 in quarters on top what is needed to get the air machine started, nothing happened. So I went back in and explained the situation. The one worker couldn't come outside to check the machine as he was by himself so could not leave the store. I asked for more coins to try again. He wouldn't exchange anymore coins so I had to purchase a product just to acquire more quarters ( I left the paid product with the employee as I had no need for that). Needless to say, the machine didn't work again, and I lost 15 min of my time. The employee could have at least try to act like he cared and do something about it. But I guess that's what we get these days when it comes to customer service and these new world order type of employees.

Here is my problem with Bob (employee). We are in a pandemic (still) where this location still has signs on the door asking you to choose to mask up and be clean. Bob follows me in after smoking and places his hands all over my selected items, including my can of soda (near the rim). Obviously, no time to wash his hands. While not 100% / completely damaging, he takes my Oreos, scans them, the drops them back down. Anyone who loves Oreos knows that they break easily; but why are we so careless with my purchases? The ladies here are often pleasant and cheerful. Bob missed the boat today.

Eddie at this location is absolutely fabulous. He cut his break early to let me inside, then he preceded to ask me how my night was going and just provide excellent customer service considering I just inconvenienced him. I was having a really rough night and his demeanor was comforting, sincere and very pleasant. If more circle k’s had employees like this, their ratings would be much higher than 3.5 stars. Thanks for being awesome Eddie. You rock!

This is a convenient location to get your gas filled in Gilbert. It was easy to get in and out. The pump area is kept pretty clean.Wasn't too busy when I came.I didn't go into the store so no comments on that. :)No complaints.

Saturday Nov 21st time was 2:15am. Counter gentlemen tall black hair is sweeping the floor as I'm grabbing coffee proceeds to tell me to " Get the hell out of my way I'm trying to sweep here and do my job". In all the while not wearing a mask ?.
