Service above and beyond. Had a flat this morning and the clerk let us use his jack to change the tire. So glad that he didn’t make us have to call and wait for roadside service to bring one.

The male cashiers at this location are ridiculously rude to customers. I recently moved to the area and the woman that works at this location is sweet as pie.The next visit, the male cashier chastised the customer in front of me because they were not putting their change away fast enough and they "needed to move along". All he needed was two seconds to get his change into his wallet. When I approached the counter I said, "Hi, how you doin'?" And got a very sarcastic, "How do you think!?"Tonight 7/22/23 at 8:45pm I am back at the same store and a different male cashier is literally sighing, rolling his eyes, and being very short with me during my transaction.I am not asking anyone to pretend to be nice, but it is not okay to be rude for no reason.

I am never a person to rate anywhere. I was just so pleasantly surprised with this tiny little Circle K, I had to. I was simply running between work and my son's baseball, and I had to grab a drink, but had to use the restroom. I'd usually hold it as long as possible rather than use a circle K bathroom, but I had no choice. This was the cleanest Circle K bathroom I've ever seen, including the newer locations. I complimented the staff working, and they were super proud of the work they put in to keep it that way. It's super awesome to see people to take extreme pride I. Their work and their work environment! Well done!

I usually come in here to buy a breakfast sandwich... first things first there beer.. too expensive. But there breakfast is usually mediocre enough to pay for. However for the last two weeks I’ve been coming in around 7 am.. and idk his name but I told the guy that his hash browns were too hard and not fresh I paid for one a week ago was like biting into a rock. He said it’s almost time for them to come off... from 3 am to 5 they put them on... it was 7:30 am they should not have been there at that point in the first place either make fresh hash browns or don’t sell them. I’m tired of going in there wanting a hash brown that isn’t fresh.. do better. My sandwich today was also old.. noticeably not good not happy with circle k todayAnd btw, this is the second time I complained about his hash browns... he still didn’t take them off and throw them away.. he woulda sold it to me if I paid for it. That’s not good man.. hope you do refunds

Let me star with I've been going here for years about 14 actually and almost every day and overall it's a great location but recently A new hire named Tonya has been really bringing store down recently me and my friends were waiting out front while someone was in the bathroom and she came from downtown Gilbert obviously intoxicated and threaten to call the cops on us because she thought we were doing something illegal and when I had I just confronted her about this she immediately got an attitude and then it was being rude and I genuinely do not want to return to this location as long as I see her there

I use to love coming to this circle k every day and experience friendly customer service from every worker for the past 3 years. until a couple days ago the GM lady assumed and said some drug guys we're waiting on me.It was very unprofessional of her and rude.

The Last two years this store has gone completely down hill. I have been going to this circle k for 34 years. Not anymore. The inconsistency is a joke. They have new employees every month. It was ran a ton better when the old GM was there the bald short dude.

Just to start us off wow I’m pretty sure it’s just because it’s in a really nice area but I’m amazed at how clean the Circle K is i’m not used to go into many Circle K‘s in seeing them this clean. This location really strives an amazing customer service and cleanliness and I didn’t have to wait at all. I will be making a stop here again and maybe update my review but I’m glad I got a great experience at the Circle K! The gas pumps were also intact and had good lighting maybe wish it was a bit brighter but hey maybe they’ll see this and put brighter lights even though the whole parking lot is pretty well lit. My favorite part was the bathroom and how clean it is because as a driver restrooms in gas stations are a must and I like how well clean this rest room was definitely 1 in every 10 Circle K‘s have a restroom this clean and I’m glad I made a stop at this one!
