Amazing Experience with Chris Dunham - The Real Estate Guy!
Moving to Arizona was a big step for us, and we were incredibly fortunate to have Chris Dunham by our side. Chris wasn't just a realtor; he was a true partner in helping us find our perfect home. From the moment we started working with him, he went above and beyond in every way possible.
One of the standout things Chris did was create personalized YouTube videos to give us virtual tours of potential homes. This was a game-changer for us, especially since we were moving from out of state. His attention to detail and understanding of what we were looking for made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
But Chris didn’t stop there. After we moved in, we found ourselves locked out, and Chris drove all the way across the city to let us in. He saved my life that day by making sure I could make it to my first shift at my new job on time! He even took us dancing after we settled in, making us feel truly welcomed in our new community.
Chris is not just an amazing realtor but an incredible person who genuinely cares about his clients. If you’re looking to buy a home in Arizona, we cannot recommend Chris Dunham highly enough. He made what could have been a stressful experience into a fun and memorable adventure!

Just got my keys today, needed to write this recommendation, because as responsive Chris was during the whole process I felt it should be reciprocated.
Chris is extremely knowledgeable, professional and does not beat around the bush. I never felt rushed to make a decision. Answered all questions and very rarely if he didn't know, he would make it a point to find the answer and let me know. I appreciated his honesty in every aspect of the process. So if you want a dedicated to what you are looking for, hardworking and very efficient realtor this is your man. One thing I do need to point out....my budget was limited due to being a single income. He clearly stated that he was willing to work with whatever was best for me and end goal to get me into a property. I highly recommend him.

Chris is a fantastic realtor, if I were to ever move again (which I'm not). He would be the first one to call. He not only sold my old house (I mean he went out of his way to make that happen, house needed a lot of work yet he still got me a great price) and helped me find a new one. He assists you from start to finish. Makes getting your financing, insurance and home protection plan a flawless, seamless event. Thanks Chris appreciate your expertise!

Looking for an amazing realtor!? Call Chris, you won't regret it! We were spoiled from start to finish, responsive to all and I mean ALL our questions, helpful guiding us through this process for our first home and understanding/patient with us as we lugged around our 2 youngs kids to numerous houses until we found our forever home.His YouTube channel has amazing content that truly helped us understand the different stages of home buying.
