If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My niece was dropped off here with fully clothed and when my sister picked her up she had nothing but a large shirt on. When she asked to see the camera footage of my niece throughout the day she was turned away and told no.

Terrible daycare. Leaves kids unannounced and leading to them falling on their head. Letting kids get scratched and doing nothing about it.

I worked here for a few weeks and honestly those few weeks were a solutely amazing. The director was super kind and understanding and you can tell the company cares about the teachers safety as much as the kids. I enjoyed working here a lot would recommend this daycare

If there’s a place to write reviews for the call center, then I’ll put this on their page. I called to ask if they were accepting infants and they told me yes so they scheduled me for a tour at 2pm. I arrive and I believe it was the director who asks how old my child is, I tell her he’s 10 months old. She says their infant program is full and I tell her that I had called and they told me it wasn’t. She asks if I called the call center and says she keeps telling them the program is full. I feel like my time was wasted driving out to tour, just to not do so & felt rushed when I could’ve looked elsewhere. The call center needs to be better at listening to the directors of each location and communicating or letting each director manage their own place so they can personally let each interested applicant know that they’re full. The ladies at the front were very nice tho. ?Also, infant program is booked until August of next year.

I went in early for my tour for the toddler program…. It was disturbing…. The teachers were letting a little girl cry by herself, standing up all alone in the middle of the room with their backs to her….. as soon as I walked in with the team lead, they began to console the child. We went into the other room. I asked the lady touring me if they believe in the CIO method and what happens if a parent files a complaint. I even pointed out how it made me uncomfortable the teacher did that to the other baby… She completely brushed it off!!! So wrong. Definitely a HUGE no!!!!

Hands down the best day care thanks to the amazing staff! I also love that there are cameras and an app to see updates throughout the day! Definitely recommend to anyone needing child care!

This review is long overdue and well-earned. At any given time over the last decade, I have had one or more of my three children enrolled at this school. Needless to say, I have been highly satisfied with this school and I think I owe them my time in breaking down all of the questions I think parents have about choosing a childcare center for their children.1) Will my children be safe physically? This school has always responded to any safety concerns I have voiced with urgency. They have always clearly and honestly communicated even the most minor scrape or bruise my child has received on the playground or maybe even from another child with a behavioral issue. When behavioral issues like this arise, whether it was my child or another initiating, corrective action was always pursued. They even helped me get one of my toddlers through a biting phase. I have zero doubt that the teachers at this school take their role as protectors of the enrolled children as a top priority.2) Will my children learn here? This isn't a fancy alternative education school with all the buzzword frills, so if you are looking for that at this young age, this is probably not what you are looking for. The pre-K teachers have worked wonders in helping prepare my children for grade school and I think the results speak for themselves. All 3 of my children have been able to test into and succeed at accelerated type schools after attending Pre-K at this center. I have seen my children bring home work they have done in this school that shows a clear progression of skills, and not just arts and craft projects. Their teachers take education seriously.3) Can I afford it?A decade ago, as a young parent, this was a big priority for me. I have found the pricing at this center to always be competitive, if not lower, with other centers. I have always found the director to be fair and honest in how she dealt with any financial questions or concerns I might have. Unless something has changed in the last 10 years, I would say you can certainly afford this center. Some other amazing things I have noticed about this center through the years.- Amazing retention rate and consistency with teachers. The director here is the same director who was here when we began. At least half of the teachers currently here have taught at least two of my children in the last 10 years. Many of the teachers who no longer work here simply retired after working here for over two decades.- The food is great, at least according to all of my children. They get a wide variety of food, cooked every day with care by one of the teachers, who has been doing this for as long as I can remember.I could go on and on, but in the end, I can't recommend this place enough. I understand not every school is right for every parent or every child, and I hope if you judge this school as not suitable for your family you find the perfect match for you. But if you are reading this and considering this childcare center, please do give them a shot. They've earned it, in my eyes.

My son loves going here and I appreciate the updates on the app! Brooke has been patient with my son crying for the first two weeks, now he just go to her and hugs her waving goodbye to me!

Jodi, Nancy, Sherry and Celeene are wonderful. :) I wish I would have know about this center a lot sooner. Now we're moving to Phoenix and sad to leave this great place. Literally, the next best to home.

We have been using this Childtime location since my daughter was just under a year old. She is now almost 3. She has loved the interaction with the teachers as well as the other children. Jodi has always been flexible with our families needs and random scheduling. The activities the classes engage in are fun for the students and the teachers seem invested in their children's development. They also have not had a large turnover in staff allowing us and them to get to know one another. They also have two employees that have worked with Childtime for 20 years. Overall, although I would prefer to have my children at home, we all know that isn't the way the world works, and this has been a good alternative.

The staff and faculty at the center are absolutely the best! My children have a great time while learning and interacting with other kids. This is an amazing environment for the formative years.
