“After driving nearly an hour to get here, we got to the front doors and it was closed. I called the number to see when they would be open, hoping we could wait and then the GREATEST EMPLOYEE SARAH answered the phone. She explained that they were closed due to flooding. After she told me that she would be closed for the day, I asked if there was a way to still buy some slime because of the trip we made out here.Without hesitation she called her manager to confirm she could do so. We couldn’t enter the store due to safety reasons so she kindly and cheerfully brought samples to the door for my daughter to choose from and then checked us out. She handled the whole interaction so graciously and we are so thankful for the kindness she showed us and my daughter. She deserves a big raise.”

“Went for back to school clothes. Wasn’t expecting to find much, really went for inexpensive shirts for my daughter. Walked in and saw jean shorts on sale and was super excited. We walked back and forth trying on sizes, deciding which styles, made it to the shirts and then back up to go through the jean shorts again…. The entire time, every employee we came in contact with greeted me and my daughter. Made eye contact and smiled. The cashier that rang us up, Ashley, was so nice and listened as my daughter told her all about her birthday coming up and the party she had planned. She was so sweet. I will go back, especially with the deals they were having, but also because it was nice to shop and see smiling employees and be greeted kindly.”

“I went in this location last weekend looking for maternity clothes. I walked in assumed it was by the baby stuff and didn't see anything, I found a staff member and asked her if they had any maternity clothes she said they didn't sell any in this store but a lot of people buy online and can return them here and sometime it ands up in their sales area and to try and check in there. As I was searching through the pants a couple of women walked past talking about products and stuff and ask if I was doing alright, I told her yes. She came back a minute later and asked if she could help me find anything I told her I was trying to find maternity clothes and she said I was in the right section and ask me what size I was I said maybe a 4 in your jeans and she said I only asked because I woman just came in and returned a bunch of stuff but they were all size 14 and they haven't processed them all the way. I felt that was very kind of both these women that helped me out that day. After she and the other woman walked away she said that is an issue they need to address she thought to the woman. I don't normally ask for help but if I need it I'll ask, I found a pair of pants and went to the register and the first lady I spoke to said oh you found something I said yes luckily a pair of pants that fit. Thank you for the help!”
