Always greeted when I come to the branch. I have come to know the the people having banked here for years and always get the assistance I need. On a rare occasion, there is a long line but it is usually customers who need extra help and some take 30 minutes getting things done. The tellers not only are assisting those inside but also taking care of those in the drive through. I have waited in line but it is nothing like the time it has taken at different banks, BofA takes so much longer it's ridiculous.

I would give this location a hundred zeros to match the counterfeit $100 bill a teller gave me here. Didn't realize it was fake until after leaving the building so no one was willing to take accountability and do the right thing. Big corporations like this steal from regular people and design their policies so all you get is useless empathy. Can't pay the bills with that. Make sure the teller checks every bill before you leave so you don't get scammed by this so-called bank like I did. They have 3 machines to check their bills for fakes yet somehow gave me one... hmmmm did the teller switch it out then? Someone isn't ethical here but it's the customers who end up paying for it. Absolutely terrible.

This is the slowest drive thru I have ever been to. Seriously took them almost 10 minutes just to process my simple withdrawal. Ridiculous!!!

General manager spends more time flirting with office girls at his desk rather than helping his staff with the line out the door. I won't post the conversation I heard nor the horrible service when he was done. This branch sucks. Chase should have never closed greenfield and baseline. Closing my account Monday.
