Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a banking institution. The tellers were arguing, and the teller that helped me was incredibly short and unprofessional.

Horrible serviceI called to make sure I knew what documents I needed to open a new business account. When I get there I was 10 minutes late, they told me to wait as the banker took someone else. I waited 40 minutes then the banker said I’m sorry I can’t take you. Then they gave me to another banker named Mike, he was so rude and wanted me to produce unneeded documents to open an account when he really had everything he needs. He basically refused to work with me and or help me. The manager came over and said I’m sorry we can’t help you and I really don’t know what documents you need to open a business account. I felt like saying then you shouldn’t be a bank manager if you don’t know. I went to a different bank and they said what you have is all you need to open a business account.

Worst bank I have ever used. Most unhelpful and rude staff that literally do nothing except play on their phones and they close savings accounts without contacting you and lie about it. STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY.

Can't open or upgrade an account without an appointment, earliest available is 4 days away....I honestly felt bad for the person telling me they couldn't help me this is a chase procedure that is poorly thought out.

Came in last week, wanted to open a joint checking account with my wife, was told there was no availability, and to schedule an appointment, scheduled an appointment with the bank teller for this Friday same time. Show up 15 minutes early, to be told we have no appointment. Frustrating to say the least. A restaurant upholds their reservations better than a bank with their appointments.

This branch needs more competent staff.They never have enough employees to take care of customers.Wake up Chase Bank. Spend some of your profits in training, salaries and competent professionals.

First off don't ever try calling this location. They'll never answer. I then went online to schedule an in person appointment. Showed up prior to my scheduled time and still had to wait over 30 minutes as they were taking walk ins over people with scheduled appointments. If only there were a bank that was actually ran properly....

I have been a Chase's client since 2017, I drove 30 minutes to see a banker, I entered the bank and one lady on the left welcomed me and told me to sit and wait, one minute after another lady came and asked: what can I help? I need to check about new product and after 2 minutes talking she said I am not a banker and I don't know the answer, I said, Okay no problem, I will wait, then she said, no we are busy, then I told her I came to see a banker and the other lady told me to wait! Then she said, the other lady is in training and does not know anything, they simply kicked me out, I don't recommend this branch at all.

I cashed ahead to start a new account because I didn't have time to waste. I didn't state that and they have me the time to come in. From the get, it was "we'll be right with you". That's cool. But the attitude of the concierge was just rude, to the point where I told her she had sass. Seems like this is the theme around here with Chase. She acted like they were doing me a favor. She was so rude. She was pretty which I think she thinks is a license to be a b**ch, which it's not. Gorgeous, maybe. Beautiful, maybe. Pretty, no. You can't beat b**ch if you're just pretty. Either way she was rude enough to make me want to leave.

Absolutely terrible service, waited over 10 minutes to try and make a deposit. 4 staff members doing nothing. Front teller asked me to go to the back because $1600 was 'too much' for her to deposit.Waited, and still not helped. They had to help drive thru cars before they can help me.. Only person in lobby. Went to another back instead. Another reason I hate chase.. Treated like a number, not a client!
