incompetent staff. manager gene will threaten the cops on you if you disagree with him and tell you he doesnt represent chase bank. A simple bank transaction shouldn't take almost 30 minutes every time. No wonder why chase is closing all their branches.

We went in to do a wire transfer, right away a banker approached us and asked for help, was able to do the wire transfer very quickly and then proceeded to go the extra mile to produce copies of documents. It was easy, convenient and great customer service.

Not good customer service. I needed to do a name change and was told “I can’t do it because I’m the only one here.” I get workplaces are busy but it wasn’t reassuring that they were willing to help. A simple “yes I can do it but please be patient as I’m the only one here” would have made a huge difference. Will not be returning to this branch.

It's bad..everytime I call this branch & there is NO ONE answer the phone. The worst part is everytime you try to get online, it keep sending you code to phone that no longer exist. Frustrating!!!!!!

Inconsistent as fuckkkk. It's 9:20 as i right this and the doors are still closed.. if you're hours are 9am. Open the f****** door at 9am

The customer service every time I come in is outstanding! I had Jeremy today who was wonderful and kind. They get right to work and always check my money. Happy with the people and how the bank is set up inside. Would keep coming back for them making the experience a great one each time.

Chase bank manages currency but will not count change because its below their pay grade. When the banks collapse Chase will not have your back. Take your wealth elsewhere if you're looking for someone who cares!!!

Always greeted when I come to the branch. I have come to know the the people having banked here for years and always get the assistance I need. On a rare occasion, there is a long line but it is usually customers who need extra help and some take 30 minutes getting things done. The tellers not only are assisting those inside but also taking care of those in the drive through. I have waited in line but it is nothing like the time it has taken at different banks, BofA takes so much longer it's ridiculous.

I would give this location a hundred zeros to match the counterfeit $100 bill a teller gave me here. Didn't realize it was fake until after leaving the building so no one was willing to take accountability and do the right thing. Big corporations like this steal from regular people and design their policies so all you get is useless empathy. Can't pay the bills with that. Make sure the teller checks every bill before you leave so you don't get scammed by this so-called bank like I did. They have 3 machines to check their bills for fakes yet somehow gave me one... hmmmm did the teller switch it out then? Someone isn't ethical here but it's the customers who end up paying for it. Absolutely terrible.

I have been banking at this location for over two years and the service has been great. When I need a notary they always have one, there’s never lines, the drive thru is quick and employees are so friendly. In a time when service is difficult to find this Chase bank has it all.
