This bank is conveniently located right off the US 60 and South rural Road. I love a paint that has a walk-up and drive up ATM. Easy to get in and out of.

After decades of banks cashing checks drafted using their bank for free, they now charge a non customer service fee!When I refused and asked for my check back they stamped the check but the stamp did not fully print and made it look like the check was canceled. And I was told to take it to another bank then.When I complained about it the teller was friendly enough. But would not wave the $10 fee!That is when her supervisor said she would handle it.She was extremely rude and when I said I would never step foot in their bank again, she replied 'Good then we won't have to deal with you!'.Now I understand why they are rated D among banking establishments, even among their own peers!If I were you I would go to any other banks except Chase or their dishonest peer Wells Fargo!This place was horrible because of an extremely rude teller manager, I wonder how she manages to keep her job!Do yourself a favor and save the headaches, just don't bother going here!

Denys Montanez will charge you a Non-Customer fee to cash a check even if you have an account. It’s to the discretion of the manager, which she is not but proceeded to tell me I was wrong. I paid the fee and called customer service who refunded the $10 fee which leads me to believe I was correct and she was in fact wrong. She also told me the last teller who cashed my check without hesitation or confrontation was also wrong, same team Denys…same team.

I don't know why the reviews are so bad. This is literally the best branch I have ever been too. People just don't know how to be patient and wait anymore (because this location is always busy) but this shout-out is for Derek Samuels to be exact. He opened up a new checking account for me and during the process he was very funny, very sweet, very communicate and honest. He made the experience every fun for me. He's a very good worker with an amazing Personality

two Saturdays in a row walk up ATM not working what is this bank's majorl malfunction they can't keep things working. with the amount of money you're making enough all of us keep your damn equipment working. week 7, still not working after teller said in would be fixed last week.

I was in this place to open a bank account, the first girl attended me in a very kind and friendly way, she explained everything to me very well and she even asked a supervisor about some questions So I wouldn't have to go without reason. The next day a guy named Dylton attended me, he was very understandable, he made himself understood quite well and even helped with some questions he had, he was very kind And respectful, give them both a raise (Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the first girl)

I've been waiting to talk to a banker for about 25 minutes no one has talked to me but the employee that are the bankers have been talking about personal stuff next to me for 15 minutes kind of hard to believe. It's like I'm invisible.

Never thought I would be sitting here typing in a review for a bank. If this bank wasn't 3 minutes from my business, I would never return. One drive-thru teller most of the time, which means a 20-30 minute wait outside. Inside, the wait is usually just as long. I'm going to look into taking my business to a credit union.
