Tried calling this branch several times to ask a question and no one answers. Puts you to a message saying try back again and then hangs up on you. No voicemail to leave a message. Terrible customer service

Awful customer service. Been here a few times and have always been turned away by staffing asking to make an appointment ahead of time. Even when they have not had any other customers, no one was willing to help. I will be avoiding this branch moving forward.

Horrible- If I could give zero stars I would. I've banked here for years. Just stopped at the drive thru to get change. This group has no awareness of customer service. I've seen it slide and thought it was just understaffing from Covid. Nope.

Terrible customer service in person and no one answers the phone if you call. Wait time is forever both in person and when trying to call the online banking number - and the workers are just rude and don't care nor try to help. We left this bank many years ago but unfortunately have to deal with them because of a family member who recently passed away using them. Ugh. Can't wait to be done dealing with them

No one up front to assist you. We finally looked around back towards drive thru where two tellers are hanging out. Asked a super simple question. One teller says this should be easy. She pounded away on the keyboard and I asked if she was able to complete the task. She said no and that there is not a banker in today to assist us. I suggested she just close our account and magically another gal appears. She can't say my name correctly. I repeated it 3 times! She did not seem to know what she was doing and had never seen the type of account I had. What the heck! We have several accounts here.....may close them all....

I came here and waited in my car 15 minute before they opened and they were nice and opened early. There was one other woman who walked in with me (After me) and I walked up to the person behind the teller ans asked to sit down and speak to someone. The other woman was taken right away to an office to talk to a person there. I purposely waited in the lot to be the first one in the door and helped so I could run and finish with my day. I talked to her for a couple minutes then goes back to the other rep who wasn’t helping anyone but running around the office and they were talking about work. The next thing I’m told is she is checking the schedule to see when they can schedule me. I overheard I had to wait half an hour at one point. Taking my money and business elsewhere. I’m tired of it. Same service last time I came in and I have a business account. Personal account direct deposits car loans in the past and everything. 10 + year customer walking out the door. Customer service is key for any business to stay successful the more that goes to the wayside the more people are going to be looking elsewhere for better service. How does the person behind me get helped right away but yet I’m told to wait and I was the first one at the branch and in the door? Was it my age this time? Do I not look like a big money client? I’m a lot older than I look and don’t appreciate being. Treated this way especially since last time I came in I couldn’t get walk in service either and was told to wait an hour to talk to someone. Seems like all these businesses are trying to get away from actual human interaction and trying to push it all digital like China. Unbelievable.

Make sure to go inside the bank and count your money in front of the teller when you deposit cash.Last week I made a $820.00 cash deposit through the drive thru. Teller came back saying that I only have $720.00 in cash. That $820 was from a rental home paid by my tenant. This cash was counted by my tenant in front of me and counted several times by me. I gave my tenant a receipt of cash being received. I went to deposit this cash at this particular branch and mysteriously $100.00 disappeared.I was sure I deposited 6 bills of $100(total of $600) and 11 bills of $20 (total of $220). I went inside the bank and talked to the same teller. I demand that my cash being counted again. She said that is inside the machine already and the machine has never been wrong. She showed me her computer screen and showed that I deposit only 5 bills of $100($500)and 11 bills of $20($220). So $100 bill was missing. She told me that at the end of the day she will count the money and give me a call with an answer if they found the missing cash. She did call me back but I got the same answer. This is all wrong and suspicious!Lesson learned....Even with this pandemic go inside the bank and count your cash in front of teller before deposit your cash so you don’t get ripped off. My advice

I stopped into this bank yesterday to get a Medallion Signature Stamp guarantee. A company in which we own stock is being acquired by another company and our stock certificates are being cashed out. We need to provide a safe-space for money to land and need the Medallion Signature Stamp to do it. This location dose offer that service, but the worker (not sure of title, definitely not the manager) had no idea how to do it (though she stated she is one of two people at the location who can do this guarantee). After a phone call to "headquarters", the worker was told that Chase doesn't do signature guarantees for stock transfers. I explained the stock isn't getting transferred from one company to another, our stock is getting bought out and we need a place for the money to go. Once the worker heard "can't help you" from "headquarters", there was no explaining, no detail I could provide that would help resolve this situation. I left and immediately called our financial advisor who noted he could absolutely do our signature guarantee and was puzzled why Chase couldn't do this as it's a business event that happens commonly in the business world. I've been a Chase customer for 30 years (opened this account when I was in high school and the banks have been getting acquired over the years until finally Chase has my account). I can't wait to cancel all of my accounts (4!) with Chase and move our money to a bank/financial institution who can at least make a half-hearted effort to do something more then rake in fees and collect nonsense charges.
