The online course is very outdated (2008 I believe). If you want to learn how to repair OLD phones, this is for you. They say they add updated videos for newer models but the videos are in awful quality that it's better to go to YouTube to learn repairs. They break down a repair into like 20 videos for each small task. It was unbearable to play all the videos to repair a screen on a phone. I was extremely disappointed in this program. I signed up for the payment plan which cost me $300 extra and this course is maybe worth $100 to teach you the history and difference in networks. It's a shame they don't update it.

Total scam. Their videos are 5 years old, and the limited information presented in the videos is outdated. I haven't learned anything. I feel cheated, and wish I'd read the reviews first.

BEWARE!! These people are professional scammers. My husband finished the course but never heard back from them regarding the final exam. They are all talk and no action. Totally ridiculous。

This is a bait and switch type scam. The real cost is much higher than what you agree to upfront because of monthly charges

Beware of this deceitful online money making operation. They advertise a price for the course, $997 when I bought it, but you can't access it unless you also pay a monthly fee of $97 for the "Elite Lab." I didn't remember authorizing that so I raised the issue with them and cancelled the "Elite Lab" sub(scription). They didn't respond to the help ticket. Ten days later i decided to see if I could access the course without the "Elite Lab" sub. You can't. Now they were only asking $49 for the sub. So I paid it. But then I wasn't able to access any of the lessons. I put in a help ticket but I got no response, not even an automatic one. I had to dispute the charge with my CC company. I cancelled the "Elite Lab" sub. Now I can't access the course and I'm out $997. The course material appears legit but I'm not an expert so I can't speak to its value. Remember just because there's videos and pictures of people online who claim to be the staff of the school that doesn't mean that they are still in control of the entity calling itself CRS. The whole thing could have been bought out by a sleaze or they just decided that easy money was better than honest work. They might not answer help tickets because they're on vacation living high on the hog with your money. I wish I had checked Yelp and BBB first.

I was surprised to see these negative reviews and figured I'd share my positive experience! I went in knowing very little about repairing cell phones and came out feeling very confident in my abilities. I attended class almost 7 months ago and have since started a business on the side that has allowed me to only have to work part time at my current job, and am hoping to be able to quit entirely in the next few months. A bit of hard work and motivation went really far once I had the education. And the ongoing support system is amazing! Thanks Cellular Repair School, i highly recommend :)

This school is legit the strategies and methods that are teaching are all super helpful and differently works if you really trying to start your own business. I own a phone repair store in Vermont but after I took this course this people spaciously the teacher Marti was awesome and they give ma a lot of confidence and knowledge to how I can run my business 100 times better and successful. If you really trying to be a businesses owner and run a successful business this school is your answer.

I dont usually write reviews, however, I felt compelled to write this one, because I found that the instructors were very knowledgeable and helpful, and the courses were very informative and comprehensive. I would highly recommend Cellular repair school to anyone thats needs extensive knowledge in cell phone repair, I feel very confident in the skills I acquired there. I still keep in touch with one of the other students who took the course and is doing great with his business.

I recently purchased their $7 cellphone repair business pdf which ultimately advertised their online elite training course. I was very interested in taking this course but saw several alarmingly poor reviews for the company so reached out to them via facebook messenger. Someone read the message, but, over a week later I still have not heard anything from them. If this is how they handle pre sales enquiries then there is little doubt that I would never get any help or questions answered after I've paid. Such a shame, I was really hopeful that their course had the content I was looking for.
