Jessica was fantastic! She was so kind and her customer service was top notch. She got my daughter's iPhone charge port working in less than 30 seconds. She will be our "go to" for any future phone issues. The prices are good here, too.

I went down yesterday to fix an issue with my phone and was greeted by a wonderful and honest sales associate (Kimberly ) she helped fix the issue and I left happy w the service ! Will definitely be coming back for other phone issues . Their pricing is reasonable . Thank you Kimberly !!!!

I was impressed with the service at Cellairis. It was quick and very helpful. I’ve brought phones in before, and have always been pleased, but never had to deal with my Apple Watch. Kimberly was very helpful in getting it fixed. I Will definitely be back!

I took my phone to a couple other places because when charging the cord would constantly come out, they could not find the reason why.
William took the time to find the small debris that was in my charger port that was preventing charger cord to stay in place. He was also very nice and professional.
