I am absolutely thrilled with my experience. Carmax made selling my car so easy. I was right in the middle of planning a cross country move, and had very minimal capacity to deal with the stress of selling my car. William was the rep I worked with and he was kind, communicative, and overall a delight to work with. He was even compassionate with me when I was a little sad about selling my car that I've had for 10 years, I really appreciate that. I highly recommend Carmax. Best of all, once I sold my car I was able to walk right across the street to Enterprise to pick up my rental.

My vehicle hadn’t shipped yet and a good thing is that we found a vehicle that fit us perfectly!! And with Nolan’s assistance we were able to get out by noon!!!

This is my third time purchasing a car from Carmax and it was an outstanding experience. I really lucked out by getting Kurtis Lipscomb as my sales associate. He was so knowledgeable and a very kind and supportive person. It takes a lot of expertise to make a car purchasing experience a positive one and he really knows his stuff. I recommend that when you stop out, to ask to deal with Kurtis. I am very happy with the car that I purchased and I also got a good price for my trade-in. It makes such a difference to have a sales associate who has talent and integrity.

Very easy to pick out car, get all the details and history. Staff was very friendly. I even financed through them at a better rate than my bank gave me. That was very easy too. A slight delay on delivery but they addressed any and all issues. 100% using them for my next car(s).

Was told by a car salesman from a competitor to check with CarMax to see if they would offer more for our trade-in vehicle. We stopped by with honestly not a lot of confidence going into CarMax. To my very pleasant surprise, they made a cash offer that was exactly what we wanted out of our vehicle. The people who helped us and even the business personnel were all great. I would definitely suggest giving them a try if you're looking at trading in a vehicle.

Couldn’t be happier with my car purchase here. Started out buying a previous years model I wasn’t completely happy about, super painless to return it for the one I ultimately ended up with. Kurtis Lipscomb is great to work with as a sales person, we’ve now bought two cars with him. Carmax buying process very smooth, and their trade in prices always top others (I still get multiple quotes anyways, Carmax always is the highest).
