The staff was great at "bringing the animals to life", but not at informing the 1st time customers or customer service. Obviously the kids loved it!

Brought kids there for the first time. They do a great job creating a great experience for them. The end rhythm with the heart is so nice. A magical touch that the employees take to heart. Good for you all.
