Bryan and his team took over this loan 1 week before closing because there was an issue with previous lender. My client was in Canada and could not make it to the states for signing and the Canar team was able to make that happen, they saved my transaction. They worked extremely hard to get the deal to close and made sure they were on top of keeping all parties in the loop at all times. Communication is key. Bryan was also very communicative with the seller's agent, he was proactive in reaching out to the other side and made sure all questions were answered. Not all lenders work with clients out of the country but if you have a client that is in or out of the country please consider working with Bryan with VIP Mortgage. The Canar team is absolutely amazing!
