Doug owns and operates the absolute best Corvette repair and maintenance and restoration shop in all of Arizona. Very Honest and fair and reasonable. Highly recommend Bromley's Corvettes ?

Doug Bromley was super helpful and clearly very experienced when it comes to Corvettes. He’s been in the business for 30+ years and knows how to make sure the Corvette and customer is taken care of. I really appreciate everything he did to help me out!

Posting on behalf of a family member:Charges you crazy prices under the guise that they are making repairs to your car but in reality you’ll have your car back for less than 24-48 hours and yet the same issue you took your vehicle in for originally will still be occurring. you’ll take the car back in under “warranty” but to no one’s surprises the warranty doesn’t cover anything and you have to keep forking out more money for a car they never actually fix.

Bromley's had my 1966 Corvette to get it ready to sell, and he did $2,793.61 worth of body damage to my car. I had to take it to another shop (USA Collision Inc. did a great job fixing Doug's damage) to get the body damage fixed. Doug wouldn't even return my text/call after I asked him about the damage. He tried to hide the damage when I came to pick it up, which I noticed as soon as I got home, so I sent him a text right away which he has ignored. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else, this is not an honest or honorable shop and should be avoided at all cost.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Do not recommend.Doug said his shop could find and fix my brake issue on my 72 Corvette. In the shop for a week and the problem was not resolved.Car was kept outside and returned dirty and with greasy boot prints smeared into the carpet on both sides.Doug became upset when I declined to use aftermarket products for 3000.00I prefer keeping the car original. They are not capable of finding the issue.Another week in the shop and no resolution.Car was again returned dirtier than last time, after I had just cleaned the mess they made before.I text him, but he declined to answer and left me hanging with no brakes.1900.00 for nothing and weeks without the car. These guys are parts changers. Not looking for the cause, but rather change the part until it’s fixed, at the owners expense. There are others out there that will respect your decision on how you want to repair the car and also return you car clean and in the same or better condition than when it was brought there.Update:As you can see by the owners response, Doug is very arrogant. He says he knows what the problem is, yet I have no brakes.Well, guess what? I had someone else look at the car. It took all of 15 minutes for him to find that a compression fitting was used by the previous owner to patch a brake line. It was leaking and allowing air into the system. Problem solved in one hour for $150.00Doug and his guys missed this very simple fix. They claim to be experts? What an embarrassment for them, and to charge me 1900.00?Outrageous if you ask me!They left me in an unsafe situation as compression fittings are not suitable for brake lines. Even an amateur would know that.Live and learn, but take my bad experience and be warned. This place is struggling in many ways and won’t be in business much longer. The owner is desperate and full of ego. He’s pushy and doesn’t listen to what his customer wants without getting huffy.Look for someone who cares about what they do, and how they treat people.Service: Brakes

Took my corvette to this shop to see what they all do and to gather prices. The front office guy was very rude and talk very badly about my corvette. He also expressed that I didn't look like I could afford to take my car to this business and to take my business elsewhere. I was very shocked as I'm confused how this place gets business when they are this open to talking smack to their customers. I will definitely be telling all my friends who also own corvettes not to go here. DO NOT SUPPORT A BUSINESS LIKE THIS!! Funny because I was willing to pay anything for good service. Sucks they didn't have any!

I had to tow the 2003 Corvette to and from the shop and felt I would be taking the car to Corvette specialists. A rear bearing was replaced that didn't fix the sound coming from the rear end at low speed and low gear. I asked if Doug drove the car and he said he didn't have time and only drove it in the shop area. There was a burning smell after the car was shut off and they had no opinion on that. {They probably didn't run it long enough?} The left driver's window was broken. After it was replaced, and you now run the window up to closed position the window rises too high and slams on the outer open area when closing the door. You have to lower the window an inch so that it closes clean. The driver's side view mirror had been pushed out of position by me and they fixed it by ratcheting it back into position for no cost. When I submitted the car to the shop the gas tank was just under a half. When I received the car, the tank showed empty below the red line. I mentioned this to Doug, and he said they were having trouble with gas disappearing from the cars in the lot at night.

I called Bromley’s the other day with a concern about my Vette. I talked with Doug not knowing he was the owner, he took time out of his day to help me better decide what I should do with my Vette. I was in a predicament with the rear differential. I had it serviced from the dealer and it was still making noises. The dealer wanted to put a used Diff in and I didn’t feel that was the right direction. Doug walked me through what was going on with it and at the end of the day I feel better with my decision!! Thank you for your time!!

My mom took her corvette to Doug to get some repairs done and not only they do a great job he did it at a very good cost that other auto repair shops where trying to charge her much more. She was very pleased and the customer service she was given and still gets is beyond amazing. I was so pleased I wanted to share this and let Doug and his staff know I really appreciate what you did for my mom and for providing her with such great sevice. Thank you so much Doug and to your staff for everything, it really shows how something that's priceless called Kindness can go a long way!

Removed parts from the car and sold them, deceptive and overpriced upsells, unauthorized work done. After spending over $20,000 I was told I was too picky when I found paint spilled on the side of my freshly repainted car. Owner told me to take my car and he would help load it up.Work not completed that had been paid for. got the car home and found used seats that had been spray painted with a cracked back panel instead of freshly reupholstered leather seats. Currently filing a lawsuit and notifying the Attorney General. See my Yelp review for the full story as this Google review has too small a character limitServices: Auto detailing

Overall bad experience in the shop. The owner was very short and ill mannered. I came in for simple advice for 5 minutes and was shoed out. He only cares if I was going to bring in my car or not and didn't even car why I wanted to bring it in. I would like to have worked with his shop for work to my corvette but after my experience ill find somewhere else to get work done.
