I can always count on this business to not only be reliable and efficient but also kind and understanding. Robert and Anthony helped me with my disconnected radiator fan and gave me solid and honest advice. I know little about cars and came in with the classic “it’s making a weird noise and I don’t know why” and they were able to spot the problem easily and provide me with the service I needed. I trust this business and will be not only returning for my own car related problems but also referring anyone I know to Brakes Plus.

Excellent experience today. Brought my F350 in for an oil change and to have the brakes looked at. Their prices were competitive, they reported that my rotors were worn to minimums and that my pads were good thickness but might be glazed. I asked them to go ahead and replace the rotors, but to keep the pads if they were in good condition. That's what they did. My truck brakes beautifully now, I noticed that they used seat protectors and kept my seats clean. 1000$ was the final price for the brakes and the oil change - Parts came to around 475$ and their oil cost was about 110$ (diesel truck - just about 4 gallons of oil). Considering how much rust, frozen on fittings, and mud/dust they had to deal with I walked away feeling like I was dealt with fairly. I really appreciated that they didn't just replace my pads and tell me they were too glazed . . . I was pretty confident that they were fine because I'd replaced them myself not that many 1000's of miles ago and they hadn't been abused or overused in that time period . . . but I've come to expect paying for extra things when I'm traveling and dont have a shop of my own and the convenience of just fixing things myself. Robert Bennett and Hank Thaler were our two service advisors and I was very impressed by their teamwork, honesty, customer service and knowledge. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Go to get brake pads. Leave $320 later and now I'm stuck on the side of the road with a shredded tire. That happens to be one of the tires they took off and put back on. So now I have to spend another $120 for a new tire. I will never recommend this place to anyone and will never be back. Be careful if you go there. They will cost you more than you think.

Robert and team are class act professionals. Had my brakes done, poorly, by another company. They gave me an honest evaluation of their work and even did a write up of what was wrong and took pictures for my case against this other company. When this other company did not get it right again, Robert and team finally found the issue and got my brakes working perfectly again. Went in to get an A/C recharge and an alignment the prices seemed reasonable so I was happy to pay the price. Until They tried charging me around 80 bucks to replace the schrader valves in my A/C. For those of you that don’t know replacing schrader valves is incredibly easy I ended up replacing them myself took my under a minute and was maybe a couple bucks to buy new ones. I can’t possibly see how any shop can justify charging someone that much money to do something that simple especially when they’re already in there working on the AC system. And to top it off that wasn’t even where my AC system was leaking I’m pretty sure they just guessed. I ended up recharging the A/C myself and it now works great.Next they also tried telling my front end on my car was to worn out to be aligned. My car has less than 40k miles on it, How can the front end be that worn out with that few of miles? So I took it to another shop and they aligned it no question and the car pulls straight down the road now and the suspension and steering feels super tight.I used to use this brakes plus years ago but I’ll never use them again just a typical greedy shop trying to overcharge and over sell people things they don’t need.

Great Customer service, very knowledgeable team. Michael was very easy to work with but was also quite honest with every interaction we made during my time at Brakes plus. I will def be bringing back my Maxima once the time is right. I highly recommend this location for Brakes + more. ?

Went in for a comprehensive diagnostic and knew there were going to be a lot of recommended repairs. Wade was very kind on the phone as I deliberated on what I could afford to get done now. He re-explained things and didn’t seem frustrated when I asked him to do different quotes. He didn’t try to push anything on me and seemed more informative than worried about the sale. Michael, the manager was the same way. He advised there were some other things to look into, which I knew were going to come up, but he wasn’t pushy and just was about educating. I definitely recommend this location for their customer service, speed in getting things done and overall work done.

The safest place for all my single women. Sometimes it's hard to find honesty in any car service. I can tell you I have been swindled and it sucks. I am very happy and satisfied with my experience, and there was no pressure. I personally will have to have my car there one more time because of financial reasons. I totally recommend this Brakes Plus on Greenfield.

Terrible service. After having alignment and new rack and pinion work done on my pick-up the part broke right away and had leaking. Took it back to replace (FREE). But then they tell me a whole list of work to be done totaling $3,600. I said to hold off the extra repairs and just replace the rack and pinion which they did. I drive my truck and the alignment was completely off again. Steering wheel totally cockeyed. Took it to my regular mechanic and did not need half the repairs they listed me.Service: Wheel alignment

Dealership mentioned I needed some work, so I decided to go to Brakes Plus. They did a free inspection and told me what they recommend. Robert was very knowledgeable and actually took me into the shop and showed me the areas of concern on my car while it was still up. Satisfied, I elected to have new rear pads (with lifetime warranty), an alignment and brake fluid service completed. I was quoted 3-4 hours, but it was more like 2 1/2. They also provided me with a printout of other work on which I decided to pass for the time being. Robert applied coupons automatically for me and I was satisfied with the prices. The general manager, Michael, checked me out and offered his hand and thanked us for our business. I would definitely come back here, though if you are going to wait around, come early, make a plan to spend time outside of the business. They have a small waiting room (4 chairs) and there aren't really any businesses to shop/eat in the same shopping center. Thanks Robert, Michael, and the technicians that worked on my car!
