Choose Bitcoin. It's less risky and a better customer service experience than this place. If you must work with Helen, Marina or the manager there, hang up quick and call your local credit union if you must use a bank. Still I moved my money to bitcoin after years of crap from these people. I couldn't be happier. Best!

Wow... all I can say is the rest of the reviews are correct. I received an offer in the mail for a business checking account and thought it would be worth a try. I called ahead of time gave them all my information so they could pull up the articles and everything that they needed. I told them I was on my way and would be there in eight minutes. When I arrived the woman had gone on break and so I needed to wait until she could come back from break?? Really I just talk to her and told her I was coming. Then they insisted all members of the LLC be present. This normally wouldn't be a big deal but why wouldn't they have told me that ahead of time. My husband is the other member he could have just come with me. His ownership interest is only 5% of the company. Then the Manager had to be involved because they still couldn't figure out that they had pulled an LLC for some random company that I have no idea about. I explained this type of customer service is probably why they have such low reviews. At that the manager gave me angry eyes and I left.

How terrible is this bank? How much time you got? They dont understand their own promotions, they continually mess up your accounts, and the upper management is incompetent. Do not put your money in their hands. They will disappoint you.

Worst bank ever! I went in to change my address and the teller assured me it was updated. Little did I know she didn't do her job and when I reported fraud on my account the phone representative who was not only rude but uneducated. Tells me I can't order one for 5 days because they're policy prevents it, I explained I changed my address with a local branch he refused to let me speak with a manager and kept saying non was available. This is the worst bank EVER DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

Still a 1-star bank. Due to availability, I went to use their ATM. After accepting the $5 fee as a non-member, the machine had an "unknown error" and did not give me my money, but definitely debited it from my other checking account. I went inside and was told there was nothing they could do. The manager told me "You have to file a dispute with your bank, we don't service our own ATMs." My bank has started the dispute process and says it can take up to 10 business days for BMO to respond and give me my money back. What a nightmare, thank goodness I don't live paycheck-to-paycheck!

LOVE this location! The branch manager and mortgage banker are so super helpful! When ever I go in they help me with any questions I may have, take quality time with me and make me feel like I am their one and only customer.

They are the slowest bank every time I go thru drive thru it takes 20 min. Many times they don't know what they are doing. Frustrating

Wow. Just spent 20 minutes trying to activate a new BMO Harris business debit that arrived in the mail. The first two attempts on the automated voice phone service failed after providing the information (correctly). Then a customer service rep comes on the line. He asks me to identify myself, which I did. Card number, last 4 of social, etc. Then he wants information about last check written, account number - all questions I'm not prepared to answer - I just need to activate the silly debit card! Then I get the checkbook in front of me and told him to ask me the questions again. Now he says he can't help me over the phone, I need to go into a branch! I told him to put a supervisor on the phone. He says that there was not one available, he would have one call me back in 24 hours. Ridiculous. I have never had a problem activating a Wells or BofA card. BMO Harris is apparently really challenged by this. NOT A FAN.

Finally BMO Financial Group comes to the United States. The staff is absolutely wonderful here I must say and BMO is one of the top institutions in the world. Ever since the BMO Merger with M&I, things have gotten amazing. To top it all off Surge is a really top notch banker who takes care of the needs of BMO clients. I highly recommend.
