The dinosaur of banking. Tried opening a checking/savings for my teenager, they opened an account, never sent an atm card. In trying to obtain an atm card so my teen can access his money and deposit money - Mobile App is constantly going down/has issues. Finally able to log in and customer service chat wasted 30 min trying to access my account - then they closed chat/kicked me off of the app.... then the website was down and told me to call customer service. Customer service is BASED IN INDIA. They have a very hard time understanding american english. Just spent over an hour, I was on hold for more than 45 min of it. To be told they can't help me and to go into a bank location.WHO HAS TIME TO WASTE? An atm card is a basic request. Please save yourself the headache and just save your money in a piggybank!

The Branch Manager, Charmaine at your Williams Field office, did a super job for me today. She took the time and explained how to facilitate a change to my account that will greatly help with my estate planning. Great job! I highly recommend Charmaine.

If You have a problem see Jawad Adriel extremely helpful, don’t call customer service otherwise you’ll probably close your account unbelievable, I can’t thank him enough!!!!

6/6/23 - There were two people being helped ahead of me upon arriving. But the gentleman still welcomed me in, and let me know that they would help me after them. I then spoke with the blonde woman and she was very kind and helpful. Overall a great experience thank you both:)

AVOID this bank!Do Not Open An Account Here!!11/10/2022 found bogus charge on bank account.. Called for new card 14 days still no card? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE…We started with M&I Bank now Bmo Harris over 28 years ago, have had many loans with your company, $870,0000.00 construction lAON 900,0000 mortgage.As soon as the wife runs out of checks, we’re leaving you forever. We are now retired on a fixed income and we can't afford one single penny, I was not told upfront about this $35 stop charge. This is a terrible bank

BMO Harris and Helen Voyiatzis at the Williams Field branch are horrible. After having a problem with my online application, I went in to this branch to resolve issue. Helen was impatient from the beginning and unwilling to help me because they were 20 minutes from closing. Incredibly rude and horrible service. Glad I had this experience now rather than once I had an account with you guys.

From the get go I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Jermaine the Branch manager and Blaine my banker helped me out tremendously. My family and I were in a difficult situation and they handled it with so much care and ease. They were able to put us in the right direction and went above and beyond for us. It was nice to be at a bank where they fought for their customers and provided the best possible customer service anyone could have asked for. Wish I could give more stars very happy with becoming a customer.

Choose Bitcoin. It's less risky and a better customer service experience than this place. If you must work with Helen, Marina or the manager there, hang up quick and call your local credit union if you must use a bank. Still I moved my money to bitcoin after years of crap from these people. I couldn't be happier. Best!

Wow... all I can say is the rest of the reviews are correct. I received an offer in the mail for a business checking account and thought it would be worth a try. I called ahead of time gave them all my information so they could pull up the articles and everything that they needed. I told them I was on my way and would be there in eight minutes. When I arrived the woman had gone on break and so I needed to wait until she could come back from break?? Really I just talk to her and told her I was coming. Then they insisted all members of the LLC be present. This normally wouldn't be a big deal but why wouldn't they have told me that ahead of time. My husband is the other member he could have just come with me. His ownership interest is only 5% of the company. Then the Manager had to be involved because they still couldn't figure out that they had pulled an LLC for some random company that I have no idea about. I explained this type of customer service is probably why they have such low reviews. At that the manager gave me angry eyes and I left.
