Young man that was my cashier, informed me of sales and saved me money. Didn't catch his name but he had on glasses and was super informative.

Every time I have been here it is like pulling teeth to get assistance. If you get someone's attention, they act annoyed. The selection of products is good. Prices are good.

I really love going to big 5 sporting goods let's just say this right let's just say that okay that you're doing you know soccer you know basketball or anything like that part you do those part forever you get those things that you need to get and therefore you're happy

Costumer service wasn't good. Took my son to get shoes for school and the guy wasn't helpful. Either he didn't want to be there or he didn't want to help us. Nevertheless...

Stopped by for shoes. Sales person was AWESOME and helpful. Found out he was store manager and he was awesome! Prices were very competitive with good selection 4 me

Here is why ladies and gentlemen it's the two and not a four or five star rating. There was a good sale going on in the store no doubt about it. But only one person in the entirety of the store yes you got that right one person that was on the phone with the cashier everything was ridiculous they had no help in the store no customer service whatsoever we waited in the back to try to get outside for a shoe and we gave up. What can I say here . It was absolutely again no customer service either people don't want to work or they don't want to work for Big 5 whatever is going on in that store I don't know if it's indicative of the economy now but it was really a bad situation. I hope they hire some new people for the new year. I don't care how good product is if you don't have the customer service you will not get the business eventually and people will go elsewhere
