would give a zero if possible. Christmas eve eve. hours 10-6. race across town to get there at 555. they pick the doors and literally hide when I pull on the door and knock as I see them. had one thing I needed to get my kids. then they wouldn't even think about making a kids Christmas. don't patron here. disgraces

Man I can't say enough good things about behind the mask and the employees who work here. Tyler was amazing at knowing product knowledge and behind the masks policies. His amazing customer service made buying new skates even better.

Always good service. Knowledgeable staff. If the gilbert store doesn’t have something they can offer times pull it over from another store. Highly recommend!

We went to the Gilbert store & got great service! They attended to my son getting new skates as he can be difficult to size. They were very helpful & my son loves his new skates!

BTM used to be solid. They had people who would answer questions and had a good inventory. Most of the old people have left and the new people seem to hate their job. They don't want to answer questions and I would not recommend getting skates sharpened by the. Inventory has gotten worse and it is harder and harder to find youth sizes. Online has become the go to as I can't trust getting things here anymore.

Amazing customer service! I brought my 12-year-old son in to get him fitted for new hockey skates last weekend. Brett went above and beyond to help get my son into the perfect skates. He answered all of our questions and didn't try to upsell more expensive skates. This shop has all the gear you need, including practice equipment, and sharpening services. +1 will gear up here again.

Great store! , 3 locations, everything you need for your ice hockey needs. I bought ice skates at the store and they made it very easy by providing great information about product styles and differences. They have most everything you need at this location but if you need something else they can get it from the two others large stores.

They have everything you need for hockey and they have the best customer service! We got a mini hockey set for me and my husband to keep busy during lockdown and we have such a blast with it.

I came in to buy a full new set of pads and worked with Alex. Absolutely awesome customer service. He got me all the gear I needed, made sure it fit me, and answered all questions I had. Plus, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Seriously great customer service-I hope he gets some recognition for this! Will drive the half hour out here for that service again!

Fantastic customer service and the shop personnel was extremely knowledge. Helped me quickly get the gear I needed for a brand new playing 4 year old. Set me up with a perfect stick for myself as well. Definitely worth the drive from down south up to Gilbert. I'll be going there for all our hockey needs from here on out.
