I am happy to give this bank my business. Even though I'm not wealthy (yet ?), Rita and Aaron treat me like a valued customer. And I've seen them and another bank employee do the same with others. Does it get busy at certain times requiring one to wait? Yes. (Just like at many places.). But once it's your turn, they take good care of you. Remember, kindness begets kindness. For me, this bank feels like the "neighborhood-type" bank I grew up with.

Waited in the Drive-Thru and was ignored for 5 minutes. And there was no one else there I had to hit the call button to get their attention

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a bank. They made a mistake with a money transfer I made to Mexico sending pesos when I specifically said Dollars and just washed their hands saying I signed. First of all we are in the US and make money transactions in dollars not in any other currency. Did little to nothing to fix it and didn’t reimburse transfer

Ever since it changed to a P N C bank service has gone downhill The staff is very slow and an attentive one of the girls has a major attitude like she does not enjoy her job, I may not be a customer wait much longer

just left the bank. Customer service is good once you get up to a counter. took 59 minutes in line to get to counter.

Only bank branch in mesa still requiring mask inside even though there is no line inside and four cars in drive through. There customer service has always been horrible at this branch

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The tellers are smug and unprofessional. I truly feel like they enjoy giving horrible customer service. Everyone there is very belittling and I go out of my way for a further branch just so I don’t have to interact with them. I feel sick every time I have to go there.

Bbva worst bank ever. bank account has fraud commited a few months ago. They closed my account did not call me. My stimulus went in today and they took the whole amount of 1200$ did not ask me if I wanted to file a dispute. I thought the account was closed because of the fraud. Well it reopened and they decided just to help themselves with the whole amount of stimulus money.

Welcome to the Bank that is only open during the average work ours. I literally have to take time off of work to come down and put the correct zip code on my card because they failed to do it correctly the first time.

I just left this branch after opening up a business checking account with Manny Ramirez. I can't say enough great things about him. He was easy to talk to, did not push any unwanted products, and had great all-around customer service. I'm so glad I decided to go with this bank, and the fact it is right around the corner from my house is just icing on the cake. Thanks again Manny, look forward to doing more banking with you guys in the future!
