I will start by saying that I'm dismayed by a few of these reviews, particularly those referencing Casey. I had a totally outstanding experience with him today. I was trying to go to the 2 closest locations to me- the ones that sold me my lifetime warranty key fob batteries. Both have apparently closed since I last needed batteries. This one is quite far from me to go for just a key fob battery, but I called and spoke to Casey. He was very helpful. He explained that the stores I had patronized previously were part of a different franchise and that none of my numbers or previous key fob batteries wetw registered with their franchise. He went as far as to call over to another store that is in that franchise to see if he could obtain the proper confirmation about my purchases. He couldn't verify the purchases. He instructed me to go to that other store if I chose. I thought that I would prefer to go to his store, again, even though it is out of my way, because he was so helpful.
I arrived at the store and Casey and the manager, Michael, were working and they were just so very helpful. Their customer service was on point and I told them this. Casey resolved my situation in a way that was more than acceptable. It was worth the drive out of the way. I will be a repeat customer now.

KC and MICHAEL.....freaking ROCKSTARS at this location, do you hear me?! I am in a fiasco with my key being made and they've been so helpful, caring, and kind to provide all that they are able to. This whole process could have been so much worse, but they've really been heroes for me in this. They're the best!

I needed a very small 6 V, 12 AH, AGM battery load-tested and I went to a different Batteries Plus. They said they couldn't do it.
This Batteries Plus said the same, but finally were able to test my 6.5 year old battery.
Micheal sold me a new battery and gave me a deal that I won't forget.
This Batteries Plus treated me very well.

The store at 29 N Val Vista Dr Suite 105 Gilbert, AZ 85234, a battery for my cars FOB was priced at $22.00 for them to put it in. This also gives you a lifetime warranty. They sold me the battery for $5.99; to put in myself. I found later that I still overpaid for the one (1) battery. I was a little anxious because the vehicle flashed alerts that the battery was dead. So I stopped instantly at Batteries Plus. They refused to assist in any way unless I paid almost 4x the battery cost. So, I asked for a small instrument to remove the back cover of the fob. No assist there either.
I found later that no tool/instrument was needed. It turned out to be less than a 10-second job. There were four (4) workers and no other customers in the store at the time. Courtesy is gone.

The technicians here at val vista are very handy and knowledgeable about how to deal with phone issues and well versed at working with assurant recommended to anyone who needs phone repairs hands down.

I got an old iphone repaired here and they were awesome! Customer service was great, friendly. Workmanship/quality exceeded expectations for a third party repair.
Look online for promotions for device repair and battery discounts because they can apply those code in store.

The "service" I had tonight from Casey was unacceptable. He was adamant that my key fob was working just fine and I would have to call my car dealership to figure why my remote start stopped working right after he changed the battery. "That has never happened", as of I was lying. He was rude and over talked me. Never again will I spend my money in any location.

Never had a bad experience in-store. But it is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE that you cannot cancel an online order. Get with the times.

great service!!! i took some children's interactive books in for new batteries. Michael helped me get the exact right batteries and then installed all 3 different sets in the 3 books.Michael and his co-worker Casey whom assisted gave me service i will never forget. Thank you for making me a hero to my granddaughters

Never again will I purchase a battery from Batteries Plus. Paid $400 for a new batter last year, I have had to warranty it out 4 times now cause they keep dying in 3 months. Finally I get a new one, the manager states they will not warranty my next one cause they feel I am abusing the system. I take the new one home and its dead on arrival. I take it into to autozone and they said maybe it needs a charge, I leave it with them for 2 days and come back. Battery wont take a charge they said to get a new one, so now I bought a basic duralast battery and have had no issues at all. Strongly recommend not wasting your time with batteries plus, they sell junk batteries and wont warranty them.
