What an absolute pleasure it is to visit your store. Everything in your store is set up so nicely and it's so easy to find what you need. More importantly, your staff are so kind, helpful & patient and I was so impressed! I ended up buying some amazing hand cleansers, body moisturizers and shower gels.
My boyfriend tells me I smell like a flower! Yay!

Every single time we come in we are greeted by the sweetest person in the world, April. She always tells us about the amazing deals the store has; and sells us every single time!! She always greets everyone with the kindest smile! The store is so clean and so organized and you will never be waiting in line long for the register. I love this location!!

An employee yelled at me as I was walking past the storefront. "Come on in!!! Buy this product for 5.99!" Something about a sale that was going on. Trash tactics for a trash business. The scents/fragrances are cheap and smell like shit. There are higher quality products out there that are much healthier for the body and the environment. No need to yell at people walking by.

This location is clean, larger than others I've been to, well-stocked and the staff is always friendly. I came in to pick up an order and made a purchase as well (hummingbird nightlight with wallflower plug). Timing is everything! The wallflowers were $3.00 each so I stocked up. The winter lotions and sprays were $3-4.95. I had already stocked up, so I passed it up this time. It's always a seamless shopping experience and this is my new preferred BBW location bargains. I love being outside and this outdoor mall makes me a happy girl.

Yesterday while trying to order the beard cream online, I was alerted that it was out of stock within minutes of adding it to my cart. So I changed the store pick up location to the San Tan because it showed the beard cream in stock. Again, within minutes, online alert said it was out of stock at that location & all others in the area. I deleted it and just continued with the rest of my order. Today, when I went into the store to pick up my order, I saw a multitude of the beard cream stacked on the shelf!!! It definitely was NOT out of stock!! I told the salesperson about what happened & she said that the website is not always accurate & that it's a problem. Then I asked the associate if I could get the beard cream at the sale price from the previous day since it was clearly not out of stock. She told me that I would have to prove that I tried to order it online for them to honor the sale price WHAT?? First of all, WHY would I lie about it?? If I could have ordered it then I would have!! Second, there is NO possible way for me to prove that the website was saying out of stock. Thirdly, if the associate knows about a problem with the online inventory being inaccurate then why would I still have to prove it to them??? Store lost my sale because they just didn't want to actually provide customer service!!

The person that helped me was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. They have the best scents. Pumpkin Pecan Waffles is my new fav scent!!! And great sales.
