Amazing jewelry store much better then any chain store I have ever been to. Explained the budget for my wife’s gift and they helped me and my kiddos pick out the perfect gift. Also made my kids feel welcome with some treats. Amazing local business will be back!

I came to Barnes needing an engagement ring made including my mother’s first diamond. I had a less than two week timeline to get the ring ready and they were able to work with me to make it happen.The ring was absolutely gorgeous with high quality craftsmanship. Paul and Natalie were able to exceed every expectation of mine with their service and make my Fiancé happy!I have continued to come back for additional services due to the quality of service they provide. To anyone looking to get an engagement ring this is the best they come!

Unfortunately Susan Barnes ghosted me after a request for a quote for a gold necklace. I had a budget of $2K but I am guessing it wasnt worth their time to even politely say it was impossible for them for the low budget. No worries. If you are looking for custom jewelry look elsewhere. And after rechecking email no response from casey. Photo included.

Great customer service from Casey/Kacie and Barnes. Needed a small item asap, and they were able to help me, very nice on the phone, professional, and very effiecient once I got there in getting me taken care of, and my item even got gift wrapped! Very nice people, highly recommend.

I needed my ring sized down, and Barnes is able to size platinum, so I took a chance. I'm so happy with their work! The sizing was great, and they also cleaned and polished the diamonds and the band itself. It's a few years old, so it gained that brushed/soft patina that you get with everyday wear, but now it looks brand new! I love it!! I don't know what else they can do, but if I need anything done with any of my other jewelry I'm coming here first.

Went to go get my watch batteries changed staff was very welcoming and helpful. Took two days, quick and easy battery service. Would come here again to change my watch batteries.

I came to Barnes Fine Jewelers with my fiancés engagement ring. The ring was missing a center stone and a couple of other stones around the ring. Everyone here was so helpful, especially Natalie Stonefield who was the one who helped me through the whole process. Anytime I called with questions or concerns, she was able to answer them clearly for me. I'll definitely be coming back here for future business, definitely for my wedding band. I will like to give a thank you for your kind staff, Kacey (sp?) that was able to restring the lock ring on my daughter's pearl necklace free of charge and gave advice on the repair. If the necklace does need restringing in the future I know where to go. Thank you so much.

Stopped in with my wife to get her wedding ring fixed. One of the prawns was loose. The staff was amazing and very helpful so much that we're looking at adding a band for her wedding set.

Paul, Susan and their staff are great! They are very knowledgeable and honest with you and we did not feel like there was any 'pressure' to buy. We've been in the store multiple times and will be back soon to pick up a set of rings they are repairing for us. I'm sure we'll be in again to look at more options and discuss some custom options. Our first custom ring they made is just fantastic!!!!
