I have had such a great experience at Banner Physical Therapy Gilbert. It has been wonderful working with Sarah. I always feel so good when I leave and have hope that my vertigo will soon improve.

All of the staff at Banner Physical Therapy are great Stacey at the front desk is engaging and pleasant while I pay my copay and wait for my appointment. Once I’m with Sarah and Ashley (who is doing a clinic), I am guided through my therapy for a shoulder replacement with amazing care, compassion and clear directions. My progress has been great and I know it’s due to Sarah’s knowledge and ability which is being passed on to Ashley. They’re a great team and I’m fortunate to be in their care.

Sarah Chapman at Banner Physical Therapy is AMAZING! I have been dealing with lower back pain for longer than I'd like to admit. Sarah didn't make me feel bad for putting this off. She was always so kind, patient, and caring. I observed this as she worked with all types of patients. Sarah really listens to how you are and what's working and not working. She's very curious and want you to feel your best! I think that helps her to come up with the best treatment plans. I would recommend Sarah and the entire practice to anyone. All of the staff are really wonderful and friendly!

All of the physical therapist at Banner Gilbert are fantastic. We have been working with Sarah, Jessica and Taylor for over a year, between my son and myself. They are genuine in their care and concern and help both of us get back to full strength. Wouldn’t think of going any else.

I see Athena for pelvic floor PT and highly recommend her! I had a bad experience with a previous PT and was nervous about starting again. Athena is not only knowledgeable but incredibly kind and put all my fears at ease. I’ve learned so much about my injury and with her help I’m seeing improvements. The rest of the staff at banner PT is amazing too can’t recommend them enough!

Great facility, nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly. This is my second go-around with PT, and I was quite nervous. Sarah took her time to really listen to my concerns and what I hope to accomplish. She took her time in gathering my surgical history, and developed a plan to help me achieve my goals. Sarah made me feel very comfortable, and helped to alleviate my fears. Terrific experience. Thank you Sarah and staff....

I am thoroughly impressed with my physical therapist, Sarah Chapman, the staff and the facility at Banner Physical Therapy - Gilbert. Sarah is knowledgeable and kind. She’s always very positive. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean, spacious, and well lit. I am happy that I was referred there.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth Chichester, PT for my pelvic floor recovery after the birth of my second baby. She is knowledgeable and caring and made me feel comfortable while discussing the awkwardness of my prolapse issues. I would recommend her to any pregnant woman, or Postpartum. Even before you start having pelvic issues, it would be worth seeing her to prevent future issues.

Front office staff is friendly and efficient. Tara is very knowledgeable, attentive and listens to feedback adjusting treatment as needed.

I saw Juliet Sharley, OT for hand therapy and had a wonderful experience. She was caring and provided me with great treatment sessions for my finger. I would highly recommend her for hand therapy!
