Excellent customer service from Joshua. The ATM wouldn't let me withdrawal the amount of cash that I needed, so I went inside and Joshua helped me with the transaction. Great customer service and I will definitely be back

If I could no stars I would. Show up to the bank at 4:59 and the lady already walking out of the bank shows me her phone and says it's 5:00. How is the door locked to not let me in and you already have a bag on your shoulder. Might not be a big deal to some but at least walk out the door after you truly close

I've been coming to this branch location since 2015. The changes that occurred about two years ago - when branch manager Scott left - have been absolutely terrible. Now there is Very poor customer Service. Previously, Scott and his staff greeted you, they offered to help you, they sought to resolve issues. Now the current staff says "we can't help you, call the customer service line." It's been a disaster. I had a hold on a large business deposit that caused other expenses to bounce. When trying to speak to someone I got passed around and after waiting told no one there could help me. On another occasion, I came in debit card issue and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. On another occasion I came in at 5min till they close and they locked the door! Quick to get you out and not really help you. It's been frustrating for the last couple years. I try to stay out of the branch now. But when there is business that must be transacted you want to be able to turn to your banking institution and find help. Not be told "we can't help you."

I go there 2 separate dates with my husband to get his name on to my account (I have him already on the checking acct) and they can not serve my request unless I made an appointment for another day. He works in Tucson so it is hard for him to make an appt. My husband and I have several accounts with Bank of American and we are thinking of using another bank.

In the past when we've come here to take care of things I didn't really like the way we were treated. However two weeks ago we came in and we spoke with Christopher, I think his name was. He was so kind and helped us with what we needed done. This man needs a raise and a promotion. He had amazing leadership skills and was very knowledgeable about everything.

As a new business account holder, I have realized I have taken a major step back in customer service. Everything is based on an appointment and you can't just quickly take care of something that comes up last minute? I can literally walk in to my current bank and have a wire sent out in 5 minutes, which I ended up doing. I think my stint with Bank of America will be very short. Looking into transferring my business accounts over to Desert Financial FCU.

This bank is worthless. I have to use them once a week for business needs and they can never assist. It's to the point where I drive 15 minutes out of my way each way to go to a location that can help out. This place is ran poorly and nobody seems to know how to get anything done. Pathetic and useless.

I have been with Bank of America for several years, I also bank at other banks. I came to this location to just do a PIN number change, which I am sure was a very annoying request for Gabi (I think her name was). She ended up helping me with other things that I wasn't aware of with my accounts which made me grateful that I actually came in. Everyone I met from greet to close were super professional and treated me in a way I was glad to keep my business here. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and this location.

Noel at the counter is the best ever. I mean it, everytime I have a question or an issue she is always so nice and helpful. I will wait an extra few minutes and let people go in front of me so that I can get her as my teller. Most banks I never have compliments for, This location has great customer service and Noel is top notch guys, so take good care of her :)

I am so impressed with their customer service. I have never had a bad experience. Whether it is for my business or personal accounts, they are always helpful and knowledgeable. I NEVER say good things about banks, but I am a believer. Their mobile app rocks too.
