Customer service is really BAD! Cant the the local branch on the phone or to return my call. I'm not sure why they even have branch banks. If you do go in (its the only way to talk to a human) you have to make an appointment and come back another day!

Excellent customer service from Joshua on February 29th, 2024. The ATM wouldn’t let me withdrawal the amount of cash that I needed, so I went inside and Joshua helped me with the transaction. Great customer service and I will definitely be back ??

Called ahead for a notary. Upon arrival was told since I didn’t have an appointment there would be an hour wait. This would have been useful information to know during the phone conversation, before driving to the bank.

I wish I could give this bank negative stars. Bank of America is the worst banking service I've ever had. The manager at this location is very unprofessional. Due to all of the issues I've had with bank of America I will be closing my account

I love BofAs online banking, it’s great, no complaints. But whenever I need help from an actual person, BofA consistently falls short. I needed $10k from my accounts and went to BofA branch at 2:30pm on a Wednesday only to find 6 people working, but no teller who was the only one who could get me my money. Completely unacceptable. This current situation, I ordered foreign currency and they delivered it without a signature guarantee and it was stolen. I had to order my currency and this time had them deliver it to the local branch where I could pick it up. I get a voicemail from Annabelle at BofA off Gilbert and Germann who says to call her back. I call her back 3 times that same day leaving voicemails, but she never answers or returns my calls. I call several times the next day, no answer and no returns of my voicemails. I try calling and getting ahold of ANYONE at the branch for help, nobody is available. And what recourse do we have for BofAs terrible customers service? Nothing. Nobody cares at BofA. There’s nobody to complain to, no manager to speak with, no consequences for the associates who aren’t doing their jobs, nothing. You just take the poor service and move on or switch banks. These people are crooks and don’t deserve my or your money. Bank somewhere else

Went to cash a personal BofA check someone wrote me. Refused to do it because I did not have an account with them. Said I had to open an account to cash it, even though they could verify the check had sufficient funds in the account.

If I could no stars I would. Show up to the bank at 4:59 and the lady already walking out of the bank shows me her phone and says it's 5:00. How is the door locked to not let me in and you already have a bag on your shoulder. Might not be a big deal to some but at least walk out the door after you truly close

They have no way to be put on hold or leave a call back number. So if you want to talk to someone, you have to call over and over and over and over again until you reach a person. And that's assuming they actually answer their phones, which I have no proof of them doing.
