Came in with a bad battery and not only did Jack and Preston test it and provide me solutions, they were super professional and very helpful throughout! So glad to drive away with a brand new battery under warranty ... and help with the installation as well!!

Terrible experience, they have no idea what deals are current. They really didn’t want to go the extra mile to help. Had to go to another location and same experience. You are better off with Walmart customer service

Every time I come, Wendy is so helpful friendly she is absolutely amazing to work with. I always return to the store no matter how far away I am. Her customer service skills are impeccable. Whatever she is making is not enough pay her more she keeps the clients happy and she is always helpful and wanting to get you your part. Keep up the great work Wendy, we need more people like you in this world

I've been shopping here for over a decade. I've spent thousands of dollars in this store. Everyone has always been nice and polite. Until today. Eddie the store manager decided to make inappropriate sexual jokes about my last name to his friend standing next to him right to my face. I'm in this establishment spending money and this guy thinks it's ok to make jokes about my name like we are in the Jr. High school yard. He should be fired immediately. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Love, love, love this Auto Zone. Came in for the awesome deal on Lukas for my daughter's car. We ended up singing and having an awesome experience with all of the associates!! Desi was especially welcoming and a joy to meet.
I know this is just a trip to Auto Zone…. But for me it was more.
I’ve been sick for 4 months plus, car broke down, unable to work, and etc. etc.
This was a light in my day at the place I least expected to find it.
I thank you so very much for being there. You do more than you know with your upbeat personalities!!

I was in this store recently and Desi helped me figure out what I needed, why I needed it and gave me a run down on what I need to do with it after I leave the store ??. I’m not super knowledgeable about issues with my car so I worry that when I come into auto part stores people think I’m dumb. Desi has a way about her that makes you feel like not knowing about power steering fluid or where it goes or what it does, is completely normal! I am grateful for that and will Continue to come to this store because of the way she treated me ?
