My car needed a jump in the parking lot of this autozone and Mark came out and helped me without hesitation. I went back the next day for a new battery and Kelly was very fast, friendly and helpful. Thank you guys for making this stressful situation easy!

I was having trouble with my key fob at church today and became concerned that I would not be able to make it home, so, thinking I might need a new battery, I drove right over to AutoZone. While there, I was helped by Connor and Alex, both AWESOME, BTW. They replaced the battery, tested it and when the car still wouldn't start, tried other things. They would NOT give up! Finally, figured out that the parking gear was just a tad out of place. Once that was corrected, everything worked perfectly. I love these guys and will definitely go back to AutoZone for everything I need! Way to go guys! Thank you!
