I came in today thinking I needed to purchase a brand new set of battery terminals and all the necessary things to deal with my car dying due to a loose connection. Abel could clearly tell I was getting overwhelmed and asked to look at it before I made any decision. He walked outside and took one look at it and knew what to do. He grabbed a spacer and worked his magic to secure the battery and it's connection. This man saved me from potentially making a mistake and costing myself way more money than I have to spend. You're a hero sir thank you!

I went into the store to buy some spark plugs. I looked them up online first and told him which I wanted and how much they were and he can't ring at the wrong price. I asked him to if he could fix it and he called the other guy over and he said no. He can't fix it. Whatever it says it says I said no. He tried to tell me that that's the price only if you order them online and he was wrong. He just didn't want to help me. So I found another AutoZone and they helped me. I will never shop at the store again. I will come to a store that will help me. I think that guy had a problem helping a woman that knew what she was talking about so I will never go back there.

I found myself in need of a new car battery. My husband normally handles these things, but has been in the hospital for 3 months and will be unable to help for quite some time. Jeff N at the Gilbert Rd and Guadalupe Rd store was extremely helpful in helping me find the right battery and installed it for me. Excellent service! Thank you so much!

How many retailers have went out of their way to first, save you money and second, give money back? This is one among many helpful things Auto Zone has done for me. This last was I bought double platinum spark plugs for my vehicle as a middle ground plug. Then I googled my vehicle and they did not recommend them so I went back. The staff looked my vehicle up and shared his screen to show me what the vehicle comes with and is recommended as replacement so I returned the first choice and he brought me the right plugs along with a 19.50 refund on a gift card. Now that was not expected at all. That made me feel pretty good actually. Besides that they always help me with anything!

I went to purchase a max air flow sensor, Jeff was extremely helpful with me, he used a scanner. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. It was great doing business with him. I’m going to look for him next time I need something!!! Bart

Great place, free loaner tools, definitely grab the specials cause prices are a bit high but thats like everywhere now. Never had a problem with anything Duralast.

Don't waste your time here. I came in today and asked if I was to purchase a new battery through them and if they would replace the battery. The guy working up front wearing a gray shirt said they would only provide us the tools and I would have to do it, so I asked again to reconfirm, and he said only certain cars but didn't even bother to ask what vechile I had. I would never come back to this place; they don't do what they advertise to do. Poor customer service.

I came in with a battery that a family member had ruined due to lack of knowledge. Braden and Brandon were amazing and helped me get the battery out then found me a new one at a nearby store. They drove out to get it and helped install it. All around great service and friendly employees. Will be back here again!

I went into the AutoZone this morning at 7 AM when they opened up to get a new battery. There was a lady there. I believe her name was Maggie that helped me.. she did a great job. She installed my battery for me and I was out in 15 minutes.. thank you very much for the great service.
